Huge portions! Great food! Fantastic staff! We don't know if the entire chain is consistent- but this restaurant was... outstanding. We were passing through on our way back to 'The Great White North' and needed a place to eat close to our hotel. Westarted with the blooming onion, and proceeded to eat too much of the addictive bread and butter! My wife and I are particularabout how we like our steaks, and these guys Nailed it! Read more

My husband had steak, medium rare, baked potato and salad. He loved it. Salad was huge and steak perfectly cooked. I had the... country fried steak with white gravy, mashed potatoes with white gravy and buttered corn. Steak filled the plate. Huge. Lots ofbreading. Gravy didn't taste homemade. Good sides. A large group of us decided at the last minute to head over for dinner. We had 8 but could only put a reservation in for 6 max.... We did that and then let them know when we got there that we had 2 more. We were worried it would be a longer wait, but itwasn't. The staff was very friendly. It was a very busy day for them, so they didn't have enough clean glasses. They gave usto-go cups, which was fine. They did offer real ones once they were clean, we declined. (Why waste?) They brought our hot buns,but no small plates. (We figured they might have been out of those as well, so we made do w/o them.) The waitress did very welltaking all the orders. We had a couple people with certain dietary restrictions/ allergies and we were worried that somethingmight get messed up, especially with so many orders. We were very pleased, everything was perfect! Even our steaks were cookedperfect. *One thing - it was a rainy day and every now and then we would have a drip from somewhere on us. Not sure if it wasthe ceiling or the AC condensing on us. And it was freezing inside. All of us were huddled up with a spouse or a sweater! I didnot visit the restrooms during my visit. Read more
The time we had gone to eat the place was packed but we were seated swiftly and kindly. Staff was amazing with service and... cleaning, food was amazing and ready within 15 or so minutes of us ordering. Will definitely be eating here again! Read more

My wife and I decided to go try something from Texas Roadhouse that she tried not long before. From the pictures you can see... that our 2 meals that were supposed to be the same turned out much different. My wife only eats well done or better meat. Hermeal is medium rare. Mine shows the cheese & onions minus some of the meat I ate. Her meals show no cheese and almost raw meat.They did not offer her any replacement - only another salad. They only offered to re-cook it but that would mean I would havebeen done with this meal. The manager failed to do anything not even a discount! We went to corporate. They said they wouldresolve it. Nothing. The manager of this location said He would resolve it. NOTHING! Back to corporate - NOTHING!!! Here is thepics - you can see the almost raw meat of a supposed to be well done. We expected something. Not a full refund but at leastsomething! We HAVE NOT been back to there since. Thanks for nothing. 11/8/22 not a good experience today. I order a ft worth rub eye… It seems it was returned from another person. It was cut in 3... also burnt. Server wasn’t nice like other servers that really are. And ribs where extremely peppered. Lower the stars to 3 onthis visit. Went today (7/15/21) with some family members. Katie was our server and wow! She was so great! Kind nice andfriendly. Also Lori was great and so obliging! We had a minor issue with the food and she took care without hesitation. Thanks!A+++ Been through several TRH statewide and this location kind of surprised me. People were nice, and food was finally great.Chelsea was kind and friendly and also a good server, overall all employees were looking with a pretty nice attitude. Food wasgreat.
