Bad experience lines are always long , Got there today at 10:25 to be the first in line patiently waited to place my order at... 10:30 am to be told they wasn?t going to be opening until 11:00 am .You can hear the worker who take the order telling themanager .. Thank you because she had an headache. So unprofessional. Captain D ?s you need to train management and youremployees over . Poor customer service-to hear that comment after being turned away . It was 4 other customers behind me thatleft due to business hours changing.Again this is so unprofessional. Good food poor customer service!!!! Read more

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I?ve only eaten here 3 times and every single time, I spend my entire lunch break... waiting for my food. The first time, it took 43 minutes to get my food. The second was 52 minutes. I?m wondering what it will betoday. I?ve watched 3 cars leave the drive thru today because the line just wasn?t moving at all. Oh, and the customer serviceis terrible. The car before me waited 15 at the intercom before they actually took her order. After I waited at the intercom forabout 5 minutes, I said ?HELLOOOO!?. The employee said ?Could you hold please?!??. Then, I waited another 10 minutes before Ifinally said, ?I?ve been waiting long enough! I?m ready to order.? Then she took my order. (By the way, I?m still waiting inline while I type this long review. So you know I?ve been sitting here a while if I have time to type all this)?. But anyway,back to the customer service. They don?t acknowledge the customers at all. They just have us waiting a long time unless WE (thecustomers) let them know we?re waiting!!! Read more

Captain D's was terrible today. My shrimp was burn, cold and not fresh. The drink was not even good. And how can you mess up a... drink. I can't tell you. This was my second time coming here. My forty dollars is down the drain. Read more
