Friendly staff but slow service. Food is usually wrong
I?m only giving three stars because the girl at the window was cool, but REALLY? BACONator fries??? First of all. ????????
On 4/21/22 at 10:18am, I arrived at the Wendy's drive-thru to place an order. After sitting at the intercom for 1 1/2 minutes... without being greeted, I said "Hello", to let someone know that I was there. I was returned with a statement of "Ma'am, wouldyou hold on for a second please?" So, after waiting another 3 minutes without anything being said, I said "Hello" again, to letthem know that I was still waiting. And for the second time, I was asked to hold, but was then greeted by a second voice, askingwhat would I like. I asked for the #2 breakfast combo, but the second voice said, "Ma'am, we're on lunch!" I responded bysaying, "It's 10:24am, why are you not still on breakfast?", and the voice returned with, "We're on lunch! Do you want to placean order?" Very furious at this time, I responded with a "No". But the kicker to this story, I was stuck in the drive-thru,with no way to exit, and had to wait 10 additional minutes for them to give the orders to the other 2 vehicles in front ofme!!! No, no, no and No. 2 attempts ... 30 + minutes. I passed on ordering each time as, due to the waiting, I was no longer... hungry. Dave Thomas would turn over in his grave. Read more
The wait is usually 30+ minutes since 2020 . They will let the drive thru fill up and say they are not taking others before... closing time which is at 11pm. 10pm they are literally closing. Please change times of operation for clarity in our city. Read more
Went in for someone and none of the cooks had on hair nets or gloves. Long wait no matter what you get drink machine was leaking... no one got a mop or anything. Just a mess only go here if you have absolutely have to. Read more
Actually wasn't a line today at this Wendy"s, and I know why. They changed the menu up. Gone are the normal hamburger line.... Now have 3 new offerings, BBQ combo, Bacon combo, and a Peppercorn melt combo. So I ordered the BBQ combo dbl meat, biggiefries, Lg Diet coke, and a large Chilli. Chik taking the order, started over 2 times before asking me to pull up. New then,order was going to be messed up Paid my money, looked at the receipt, and sure enough it was wrong. Billed me for a smalldrink, small fries. So I told them at the next window, the order was wrong. They say Huh.... I repeated my correct order, gota crazy look, then was told, I ordered it wrong. So I say ok, give me my money back, you keep the order. Manager got involvedand said they would upgrade at no charge, so I said cool. They fixed the issue, handing me the order, and said "Have a niceDay". I hollar back, Hold up, where is my dang chilli. And they be like, We sorry, and give me my chilli, by now they got aline at the drive through. So I get back to work, to eat and "Bam", wait for it ...No DBL meat. I said the hell with it, ate itanyway. The missing meat wouldn't have helped anyway, because it was HORRIBLE.... Only reason they get a 2 stars is becausemanger did try to fix it. Read more
Not good customer service ..worker standing just look at the customer in drive through. Your frosty should never look melt just... pass item like those out too your customer .also stop putting ketchup & napkins on customer food you put your hands in all thoseother bags some yall are taking money an doing these things.
