Went here for lunch. Have not been here in a year or so. 10.25 for a chicken snack its kind of ridiculous for what you get.... Food was ok the chicken breast were very small and wings always have been . I guess it's like every other restaurant these days.Prices go up and portions and quality goes down. Read more

Haven't been back here in awhile. Decided to give it another try tonight. Walked in..... waited. Had to ask someone to take... the order. Someone took the order messed it up 3 times. Then informs us the wait will be very long. I asked how long. Sheasked a coworker how long and she screams at her at least an hour and acted like a fool. Always the same.... nothing haschanged. Worst customer service ever. Waited 40 min for our food. 2 people came in after us got food and ate before we got our food. Diet... pop ran out and their solution was to put a sign up instead of changing it. What a disappointment. Didnt even offer a solutionfor drinks being diabetic that's all I could drink. What a huge disappointment! Just want to let everyone know that their menu is truly an a la carte menu. If you order the 3 or 5... pc Cod for $8.99 or $11.49 just be aware that all you get is either 3 or 5 pieces of Cod. You have to pay the additional $3 foryour side and roll. The menu really should just list the meal price at $11.49. Onion rings are $5 extra. Just be aware. This wasa one time visit for me. Read more

Eh. Positive first: Chicken and sides were all very fresh and DELICIOUS! ???? Now the negative: HORRIBLE customer service. My... friend wanted to get a meal with 2 leg pieces. The employee just kept saying "we can't do that, it only comes with a leg andthigh????. She asked "can't you charge extra and change it to 2 legs?" Again she says "we can't do that, it only comes with aleg and thigh". Ok...we get that so how can we make this work so she can get 2 leg pieces. Again "we can't do that, it onlycomes with a leg and thigh". She walked away????. I suggested to the employee can we order individual pieces? YES?? Can we ordera ONE piece meal? YES ?? Problem solved I told her, but next time instead of repeatedly telling a customer "NO I CANT" Tryoffering an alternative solution to accommodate what is being asked of you. Especially if YOU CAN. If you haven't been to a chicken shack, definitely give it a shot. Fantastic fried chicken and the shack potatoes are amazing.... The Clarkston location is great. The BBQ sauce is OK but not great but other may disagree. Read more
