Pizzas are always reliable and good. The app is ALWAYS terrible. How in this day and age HH still has a terrible non-working... app is ridiculous. Can?t imagine how many customers have been lost because they can?t make their app work. Read more

Been ordering here for years, and it's always good, staff is chill, it's just solid. Makes me wonder about these one star... reviews, feels like if these were "real", I would have gotten a bum deal once in awhile, but I never have. Absolutely trash! Didn?t answer the phone when I called so I placed an online order. I got my email which said it would be ready... in 20 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later to find out it hasn?t even been started yet. As I?m waiting for it to be made Iwatched 5 different customers have the same issue, some of which had waited for 30 minutes after arriving and their order stillwasn?t started. Someone else got the wrong pizza. They ignored multiple calls and were very unorganized. It?s clear they areunderstaffed and need help. Pizza was cut poorly as well. Read more

This location is using a new nasty spicy sauce that taste nothing like hungry howies pizza sweeter sauce they have been using... for years. Bread and pizza both overcooked and burnt as well... the bread now comes with this gross new sauce instead of thepre made pizza sauce cups. Read more
