My granddaughter was looking forward to our trip to Menchie?s! However, this was not a good visit and she was very much... disappointed. Many of the flavors were out, as was the hot fudge. When I asked the worker if there was more, she wasextremely indifferent and said ?not at this time? without a smile or any words of apology. She was downright rude in how shewas treating customers. Upon receiving the order,... prepared by Menchie?s staff, I was greatly disappointed to see that the cups were less than half filled. I reached out to thebusiness as soon as I noticed the portion that we received, to which they replied that everything is correct. I will not beordering from them again.
