Love the whole experience! The food is a ton and such great flavor ! There were two disappointing things, one was no sushi the... other was no lobster!! Read more

Love it here! It's a great spot to have a birthday dinner, and the chefs really engage with you. You get so much food, and it's... worth every dollar. Read more

The hosts were wonderful and welcoming. Our hibachi chef was fun. Our server was efficient and kind. The food was horrible... unfortunately. So oily, tasteless, under seasoned. I’m sorry the food was so poor because our service was very good. Read more

This place has gone down hill so bad. Ever since the old manager left after covid, it’s been horrible going there. Just in the... last 2 weeks, I tried ordering carry out twice. First time I got 0 answer and they were open. (my boyfriend drove by as heplanned to pick up on his way home from work) And the following week was told no, we’re not doing carry outs at all. When wego in, we have to wait to get a table in the sushi section to not overwhelm the 1 server in there. Just to walk in and see only1 other table of people and no one left the building while we were waiting. If a server can’t handle more than 1-2 tables at atime, it might not be the best fitting job. When we sit hibachi, it takes forever to even receive drinks. Our hibachi chef isout with our food before we even get water. We use to love this place and would go 1-2 times a week. And now it’s justhorribly ran and it’s going straight into the ground. Read more

We were a party of 6 celebrating my son's birthday. They had no kitchen staff at all so there were no appetizers or any kind of... food that could not be done on the hibachi table grill. Also there used to be a "dinner for 2" option and they stopped servingthat. They had no lobster and limited beer menu (not even Miller Light). I feel they should be honest and up front with youwhen we made the reservation. We would have gone somewhere else. Read more

We had a reservation at 6:30 and waited an hour to be seated with no eta. We then waited an additional 30 minutes for drinks.... The chef was certainly entertaining but overall service was atrocious. We had to get up for a server every time we neededsomething and we're automatically charged gratuity for service we did not receive. Although the food was good I'd much rathergive business to a place that will provide service. Read more

This was our first time at Sagano. Made reservation through Open Table which was super convenient. We arrived early for our 6:30... hibachi reservation and could have been seated early, but I ran to the restroom, so they sat others that arrived after us. Therule of entire party must be present is firm. No big deal. We waited 10 minutes and then were seated with some great people, soall was good. The wait staff were quick with bringing out the drinks and checking on us, and quick with refills. The chef wasfun and entertaining. The food was amazing and plentiful. I have to say, I'm a bit obsessed with the clear soup. It was soooogood. The salad was good, and our entrees were good too. Overall, we had excellent food, a fun time and cannot wait to comeback. Delicious every time! Take out just as good as dining in (minus the in-person chef entertainment)! Lunch portions are awesome... too. Usually reserved for special occasions due to the price point. Read more
