Zero stars would be more appropriate. Super long wait, even after app says food was ready. ALWAYS missing an item. Poor customer... service. I don't really have anything good to say about my recent experiences here. Update: no improvements. I understandeveryone is understaffed, but a 55 minute wait in the drive-thru is crazy. Just don't open the restaurant at that point if youonly have 1 employee working. Won't be coming back to this location. Read more
Went here late at night right after the Riff Fest ended & REALLY needed some food. IYKYK. ???? The drive thru line was long but... the team of employees here ROCKED IT OUT!! I made an app order while sitting in the drive thru line. My husband is vegan so hisorders can be quite difficult. However, this crew did an AWESOME JOB!! Our order was spot on. Excellent location. Just down the street from the pineknob music theater. So this works out great. After the concert you... head directly over to taco bells drive thru. If you need a late night taco head to the drive thru. They got our order spot oneven tho I have a specialty order for being vegan. Employees where very polite. Read more
