Not really fair to rate with the stars. The sandwich was ok. If you are going to require your employees to wear masks at least... teach them that the mask should cover both nose and mouth. We were there today Sunday about 2:30 and both employees had theirmasks under their noses.... does absolutely no good whatsoever.... seriously we thought it was ridiculous! Read more
Went in this morning and ordered the new brisket sandwich. The girl behind the counter. She pushed for Italian bread, nearly... refused the pepper jack cheese and flat out refused to put anything on it veggies wise. Told me THIS IS HOW IT IS. I love Subway! It's my first pick of places to eat. I ordered 2 subs at the clarkston walmart Subway. The servers were fine but... not to friendly. I've never had my bread so brown and dry before. Definitely overcooked. The server squashed my bread so flatand the meat was a weird texture. Like pre frozen ,mushy, fall apart meat. I got a bag of chips also and they tasted like theyhadn't been changed out in a while. This experience doesn't deter me from going to subway, just not this one. Server/sandwich maker not at all friendly. Very curt when I asked if I could get mayonnaise on my mini sandwich. Stopped in after grocery shopping. Didn't realize that it was close to closing. But soon found out after how the employee faith... acted. Didn't say hi or anything just asked what we wanted. Started to order and she just acted like i was a inconvenience toher night. Please avoid this location, we always have horrible service, incorrect orders (without refunds for missing items), and today i... had the displeasure of contracting Salmonella from one of their sandwiches. The staff at this location are not only unfriendlyand negligent, but they're downright irresponsible with their food handling. I would recommend the Subway in the LewistonOrchards instead, you'll receive much better service there! Read more
