The lady at the pick up window dropped my pizza on the ground when handing it out the window to me?. We pulled over into the lot... to wait for them to remake the order?. 30 minutes later I decided to go inside to see what was taking so long and come to findout the order had already been prepared and was just sitting in the holding area?. Horrible service don't waste your time or money here! They will lie to customers saying they don't deliver to their address I've... had this issue multiple times so much that I had to record them deliver to a house on my same road further down from the mainroad. I ordered pizza 2 days ago and the GM was apparently the one delivering the pizza, she called us because she couldn't findthe address it turns out her workers didn't take down the right address. So once I provide her with the correct address shestarted saying she's not allowed to deliver here, and that it's outside of their delivery area, so I mentioned to her that I hadrecording of them delivering to us and to people down the road, and she said "oh well we're not supposed to" sounds like someonedoesn't wanna do their job. So I would like to know who I can get this issue resolved with because whomever then GM is at thestore now is worthless, disrespectful, and lazy!! Like I said I have recording of your delivery drivers delivering to myneighbors house and mine so I want to know what the issue is here! Read more
Update: Called this morning and spoke to the manager. Turns out the person who said they were the manager last night was NOT!!!... The manager had us come down and they remade our entire order for us. We got the food hot, fresh, and everything looked great!This Manager did a great job correcting the situation and the employee will be disciplined (possibly fired) for pretending to bemanagement and being rude and hanging up on us. Ordered 2 medium pizzas and an 8 piece Hot Buffalo Wings. 1st pizza wassupposed to have extra cheese and it barely had the minimum as well as the pizza was way over baked, burnt and crispy. the 2ndpizza was over cooked as well and very dry. Chicken wings were cooked ok but had almost no buffalo sauce on them at all. Husbandcalled to talk to the night manager on duty and while he was in the middle of talking to the manager, the manager hung up onhim. Bad management and poorly made food. Will not be coming back!
