Went in today, 10/13/22 at lunch to get a Whopper to go. They were busy, so it took a few minutes. While I waited, I looked at... my receipt. I was charged $5.87 for my order. The receipt said the sandwich was $5.49, the rest of the money was for tax. Theposted menu, however, said the ?Sandwich Alone? was $5.19. I pointed the discrepancy out to the employee who gave me my order. She didn?t seem concerned. Odd. Service time reasonable, sandwich good, but strangeness on the price. Read more

Small things make a big difference. Not able to order extra patties. That's a silly way for the company to not make value added... sales. The also no longer do mayonnaise sachets or self serve cups. The server was pleasant though. Given that there are so manyfood outlets to choose from you'd think they would do anything they can to satisfy customers wishes. Read more

My husband and his mom went to this location on 8/4/22. They went through the drive thru. The total was $9 and some change. The... employee gave him coin change from a $20 bill and shorted him a coke. My husband parked and went inside. The employee deniedshorting him on money and food. My husband asked for the manager. After speaking with the manager, the manager agreed to givehim $10 that he was owed. The employee didn't take it out of the cash drawer, she pulled it out of her pocket. Going during earlier hours was certainly better, however this time I went at 9:30 pm. They close at 10. I ordered the southwest... bacon burger meal with onion rings.
