I love this place! But the last few times we've ordered to go there have been some serious short coming. The first time we... called and let them know that something was wrong with our order management handled like you would expect and refunded our moneyfor items without a problem which was really nice. But at the end of the day you just want that consistency of not having totear your order apart in the parking lot to make sure you're not disappointed when you get home and have a lack lusterexperience. Ordered the taco kit family meal (all the stuff to make 12 tacos + rice and beans) online for car side carryout. Est completed... time was 7:33, I arrived at 7:29 and did the response text to indicate I had arrived. Food didn?t come out until 7:54. The orderwas correct, I made sure to check everything before I left. But I was really disappointed in the portion sizes given the priceand the fact it was supposed to be for 12. The container of meat barely covered 8 tacos and that was being extremely light onbeef for each taco. There was a container with lettuce, tomato?s, and shredded cheese and it was almost all lettuce and e oughtshredded cheese and tomato for maybe 2 tacos. Meanwhile I?m thinking, I paid $55 for this! $55 for 20 minutes late and supersmall portion sizes. My recommendation is not to get the taco kit, but if you do, definitely order extra (of course you?ll paymore). Read more
This place is beautifully decorated, friendly staff... I would like to give the waiter, David a huge shout out, he did not over... do it, he checked in on us from time to time and he also brought me a birthday dish too!! Wife and I always enjoy Chuy's, and it's no wonder given the great food choices and presentations. Their offerings show quality... which shows they care about getting it right. Wife's fave is the Panchos, and my fave is the Elvis Memorial. The thin freshlymade chips and to-die-for fresh salsa is always a welcomed pleaser to start off with. The food is still good. The employees are helpful and friendly for the most part. Still love the decor and atmosphere but ya... gotta bring back the original menu. Very limited choices on this post pandemic menu.... hence the 3 stars. Read more

The creamy jalapeño dip and fresh salsa that is served at each table is worth 5 stars all on its own! The food itself isn?t... the most flavorful but they have a lot of great sauce choices that dress up the food nicely. The last time I went I ordered thechicken flautas with the sauce on the side and it was muy delicioso! The service has always been great and the ambiance is funand inviting.
