Really good food and shakes.
So my husband and I went 9/17/22 in the morning, we were doing Uber eats and decided to order for ourselves. We ordered a simple... biscuits and gravy. So once we got to the window Ariel the drive thru working was rushing us, didn?t even give a chance to scanfor points. ???? than she rushed and closes the window went to get bags didn?t tell us which was which. The Uber eats bagsweren?t sealed. And then our bag were just messy, looked like they just tossed it in the bag, gravy was at the bottom. My first time to try DQ here in the US and i love it , they have a good buy for 2 for $5 and it is really good it is like a... combo meal for me. I headed to this DQ for the 3rd time each time they have been rude. But this last visit was the icing on the cake. I went to the... DQ simply because my boys had a check up at children?s Nortons group next door. I order a number 3 witch is a twin packbiscuits. I specified biscuitS only. I get to the window and handed her a $20, I immediately noticed I had exact changed instead?op excuse me I have exact change? she pretended to not hear me and I repeated myself. She scowled her eyes at me as she rudelysaid ? I will respond when I get ready I heard you? as she was still counting the change mind you. I said to her well I didn?tknow you heard me because you didn?t respond. She said ?you know what,take your food and don?t come back?.as if I ever wanted towith this POOR Service and rude staff THEN had the nerve to hand me the wrong order and blame me for saying the wrong thing whenI specifically said a number three twin pack biscuitS only. After reading the other reviews I see that I am not the only onethat has experienced bad service with rude staff. Descent for $5 lunch although slower than most fast food lunch spots. Burger quality pretty descent. From the meat to the bun to... the veggies. Staff slow in making the food. Trash cans full. Counter help lacking. Dining room cleanliness and upkeep lacking. Maybe during rush times mgmt should have extra helper just for dining room upkeep and running food out to the tables. update:June 2022-went for weekday lunch, one other car in lot for dine in. went in and saw only a three other tables of customers. thisarea is busy with businesses and employers and should be full of patrons. i was looking for cheap hamburger combo lunch option.cheapest burger meal option with tax was less than $9. wow! OMG. anyway, i opted to eat there. Erica at cashier was friendly andgenuinely helpful. she was running register, running out food and picking up dining room here and there. my hamburger bun tastedlike it had been microwaved. quality of burger was just okay. over slather of mayonnaise. three vehicles in drive thru when ileft. nice atmosphere but could be much cleaner. tables not sprayed disinfect between customers. Absolutely terrible. One small and two medium blizzards is nearly $20 and you get shorted quite a bit of ice cream. Plus they... weren't blended well at all. I got a huge chunk of cotton candy cone dip in mine. There were no pieces of cheesecake in thecaramel fudge cheesecake blizzard. Stopped by to grab some food iv craving lately. Girl in the front was doing her job. Got the food after having to listen to... workers argue. Burger was cold and fries were the best part out of the 10ish meal, besides the milkshake that sat in front of usfor mins before she said for us to grab it. Read more
