This was the best service I think we've ever had eating out! We got the family bundle and some salads cheaper than we could have... eaten at mcdonald's! The food was hot delicious and fast and our cashier was the sweetest person in the world! It's our secondtime to this Fazoli's and it's always been very clean and pleasant! Read more
Kinda depends on what you get. Pizza is ridiculously expensive. I don't care for the chicken. Everything else is good. Always... piping hot. Drive through takes a little while but everything goes into the oven so you have to consider the time that takes.Not bad. Quick and hot. Read more
I don't know why customers like this. I can whip up better From a jar at home. Poor quality food. Dining room and parking okay.... Prices seem a bit high. 8/2022: tried again. food same quality i can prepare at home. or maybe worse. spaghetti sauce tastelike they put nutmeg or something in it. $13 with a drink is a rip off. dining room typical fast food vibe. not clean. notefficient. one staffer working cashier apparently took her break during a line of customers. she had some drama. i do notrecommend this plate for full price menu. too expensive for quality. Every time we think that the next visit can?t be worse than the last? we are wrong. They are making a switch from Coke to Pepsi... and still had the freestyle machine up? with only like 5 drinks still in the machine. Your shoes stick to the floor when youwalk. The food is just drowned in sauce and salt. Paid $40 when we could have just gone to Olive Garden. Please just shut thisplace down or someone from higher up needs to come and redo the whole place. My husband and I came here just after 4pm on a Thursday. Restaurant was clean and spacious, employees were friendly and... attentive, food arrived quickly and was correct. I ordered the Chicken Carbonara with mushrooms, my husband ordered the 4 MeatStuffed Manicotti, and we shared an order of the Fried Mozzarella skewers. The mozzarella was probably the best I've ever had-the outside was the perfect crispiness and golden brown. The bacon was fairly salty, but overall the flavors were awesome. Myone complaint is that my dish had a LOT of water in the bottom (most likely from not draining the pasta) and it made the alfredosauce extremely runny and watered down. My spaghetti was dripping everytime I took a bite. Thankfully we had extra alfredo fromthe skewers; so when I ate my leftovers later, I drained my pasta and poured the creamy alfredo over it. Not too much of aninconvenience, but still not the best. Ladies restroom was clean, but messy and looked really dingy. Could use a deep clean oran update with brighter lighting. Just didn't measure up to the overall atmosphere. Price was decent. I would like to returnand try their wings and dessert. Read more
