Came to this restaurant for my birthday dinner and it has a Very uninviting atmosphere. Took 20 minutes just to be greeted by... our server. Forgot to put in my sons order so had to wait another 15 minutes for his food. All the toppings for my omelet werethrown on top and several of the toppings were burnt. We were checked on maybe twice. I could understand if it was busy. Butthere were only 3 other small tables there that were given the same service as us. Very disappointed in this establishment andwon?t be back. Read more
Friendly wait staff, delicious food and no wait to get a table. Our server was very kind and attentive to our needs as well as... keeping us informed of when our food would be at our table. Very clean restaurant with a friendly vibe! We will definitely beback! Read more
The most horrible experience ive had a restaurant in a long time. It was busy but fully staffed. It took them 20 minutes to take... our drink order (by someone who wasn't our waiter) , another 20 to take our food order. The food was brought out by the manager,and we let her know about the wait and lack of service to she just walk away. The actual food was good, our server was bad. Wewatched another table with a larger party be seated, service eat and pay before we got our food. Just horrible. Read more
Been several times, food quality just okay, no appeal to warrant my return anytime soon, pancakes come out partially hard and... cold. update: went for late Saturday morning breakfast, had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated, place was busy, service allright, atmosphere all right, food all right. i think kind of expensive for simple breakfast although no complaints except nosugar free pancake syrup available. scrambled eggs better than most places. small bread for french toast. The service was awesome for as busy as the restaurant was. My servers name was Lauren and she cleaned the dining room sat the... customers got drinks for all of her section took the orders and delivered all the food to all of us that were there. No waiting ..fast service and One outstanding omelet filled with all your favorite breakfast meat cheese and topped of with... shredded beef and O' so taste of a fresh sliced avocado. We are just leaving IHOP in Clarksville Indiana. This was by far my worst experience here. My husband and I brought our daughter... and 2 grandchildren to have breakfast. We were seated quickly but service and food was not good. My daughter is gluten sensitiveand ordered a gluten free waffle, about 5 minuets after eating it she was having symptoms of her gluten sensitivity, the wafflewas NOT made with gluten free mix. Our food came out after many people that came in after us were served. I ordered potato cakesand they sent out home fries and my whole plate has hash browns on it. They brought out my potato cakes soaked in grease when Iwas over the whole IHOP dining experience. Read more
After a week of ago, I went to IHOP my first time I wasn't going back. However I did, me and a co-worker. The experience was... much better.
