Do not order from here! We order from this store at least 2-3 times a month. Tonight they left a bottle of coke & a bag of chips... out of our order, I asked the driver about the drink and she said it was in the bag, I thought nothing of it and came in only tofind no coke and 1 missing bag of chips. I called and whoever answered said they'd send the driver out with a coke and thechips, about an hour later nobody showed up with our missing items, so I called back only for her to tell me that the personthat packed it said everything was in the bag. They basically called me a liar over a missing bag of chips and a 20 ounce bottleof coke. Based on this experience we we will never order from here again. Being called a liar by what I can only assume was amanager & knowing that at least 2 of the employees and the woman that answered the phone are liars who knows what else they'redoing. Absolutely disgraceful! I would love to know how 2 gargantuan sandwiches, 2 bags of chips, a cookie and a bottle of cokewould fit in the bag in the attached picture. UPDATE they sent me a 10 dollar gift card saying thanks for giving us anotherchance, this is comical. I didn't get an apology from the trashy, disrespectful employee(s) that called me a liar, so JimmyJohn's will not get any more of my business. We ordered delivery. Tiffany answered and was SO NICE and Bubbly!! She answered every question and was so patient with me and my... complicated butt. It got to us in less than 10mins, note we live about 5mins away. The food tasted fresh, yummy and wascorrect!! The sandwiches and drinks were marked so it was easy to tell whos was whos.
