I like it. Very good dinner crew. I have observed them many times, cleaning the dining room. (Score!) The restroom is usually... stocked. The dining room is exactly as it was, when I was a kid! There are not many quick take-out restaurants in this area. LS has a long time standing in this immediate area so, yes it's... good. Usually crowded at lunch time so leave or place a to go order early at peak times. The menu has a lot of items I'venever tried so can't comment on those. Fish is good albeit a little on the heavy breaded side. Can't complain though, portionsare large and feeds a lot of people for less than more expensive restaurants. Read more

There have been a lot of mixed reviews recently for this restaurant, so I thought I would add my most recent experience to the... mix for those who are considering it. I visited on Sunday August 7th 2022, at approximately 7:30 p.m. I ordered a two-piece fishdinner, added a piece of fish and two more hush puppies. The service was good and the fish was delicious as were the fries,coleslaw and hush puppies. The only possible negative I could offer is that it's relatively expensive, but everything is now. When I told them I always get a drink with... my combo, the rude 20something informed me that the menu had changed. Rude a wrong! Stay away from this place. The food had tobe thrown away it was so bad. They were in a hurry and did not cook the fish long enough. It even had a bit of raw batter on theinside. Done with them until new management. Read more
