I was with my sisters and my niece and we just wanted to get a couple of drinks and my great-niece wanted some food. We waited... in line for an hour and 30 minutes. We were on the inside lane of the drive-thru between the building and the second drive-thrubasically trapped in line. We finally got up and ordered. They took our order. They were very polite. We were on vacation and we pulled up around 7:00 p.m. and I got in line in the drive-thru and we didn't move for over an... hour. We were trapped from behind and next to us, that we could not get out of line if we wanted to. When it finally came ourturn to order the person came on and said welcome to McDonald's. Can you please wait, it will be just a moment? It was stillanother 15 minutes before they got to us. They were very polite and took our order. When we got up to pay everything was fine.We paid them then we went forward to get our food which was another couple of minutes, which was fine. They were very polite andapologized for the wait. The problem was they only had three people working in a large city right off of a major expressway. Ibelieve this is the end of fast food as we know it. You know any more. We drive along and almost every exit has some type offast food restaurant. Do NOT place a curbside/mobile order anytime after 8pm , night time they are very short staffed and you?re gonna wait atleast... 20+ min which no one wants to wait that long for fast food so make your night faster and their nights easier just go through thedrive thru so they can keep all the orders under control because it is easy to get backed up and mobile orders will be the lastto get to. Great cleanliness and super nice staff. Sometimes traveling a nice cup of coffee and a rest is more refreshing than a full... course breakfast; and we were welcomed and treated well even just buying a few cups of coffee. Great staff, great place. Read more
I'm going to keep it simple. Don't ask your customers if they want sauce ever again. I go there multiple time a week and dude.... Come on man. Never put what you asked I wanted in our bag. Ridiculous. I blame the owners. They don't care about therecustomers. It's ok. My money is going to be spent else where. Thanks for nothing. Read more
Literally the worst service I?ve ever had. The older lady handing out the food was yelling out random food instead of putting it... all together in a bag. And if you weren?t right there at the counter she would put the food away. And when you asked about itshe would scold you for not being right there. She was so rude and treated this Hispanic family there so poorly. She keptyelling she couldn?t understand them and would just walk away.
