i typically don?t leave reviews but this is definitely worthy of one. my fiancé & i had ordered a pizza tonight from papa johns... on lewis & clark. just a fair warning for anyone wanting to get anything from there. definitely inspect it before eating.granted it was only 9 dollars but physically pulling a long strand of hair out of our slice was sicking & we?d completely lostour appetite. called to see if anything could be done & the lady on the phone said she would remake it but that?s all they coulddo. I ordered a small Pepperoni, and Sausage Pizza along with an 8 pc order of Honey Chipotle Wings. The Pizza was not all that... great, but the Wings were ok. The Young Man by the name of Dustin waited on me, and I don't think he was very professional atall. He was using slang terminologies such as "Man" and "Dude." I understand Young People are going to have their own slangtalk, but not when you are Working somewhere dealing with Customers. It's either "Ma'am" or "Sir" depending on if it's a Lady,or Gentleman. You gotta speak professional Not really good service this time around you gotta do better Papa John's that's howyou keep Customers around by being Professional, and giving them good service. Employees were amazing, but when I got home my pizza was not even cooked All the way!!!!!!! An extra large pizza and $20 down... the drain 85% of the pizza had to be thrown away. I contacted someone with papa johns and was told I would hear something in 48hours. Well it?s been past that and I?ve not heard a pep. No calls no emails nothing. Do my advice is don?t get the extra largepizza unless you want to taste nice sweet, chewy, raw dough with you?re pizza. I would of been okay if I would of gotten myrefund. But now I have to call this location and let them know what happened, I?ll update the review when I do but we all know Iwill not receive a refund. And I will NOT be eating ANY food from here anymore, as They?ve officially ruined pizza for me. Ihave a super sensitive stomach and threw up the pizza after I released it wasn?t even cooked. Moral of the review; don?t get theextra large pizzas unless you want it cooked only 20% of the way. 3 bites and you hit raw dough. Pizza arrived three hours after the order was made and the pizza was ice cold when it arrived. Manager tried to say that it... couldn't be ice cold because she made it herself and made excuses since they "we're one of the only places open in the area".They should stop taking orders if they can't fulfill them. My fiancé and I love papa John?s. When we opened the box the pizza looked like a frozen pizza. The cheese wasn?t even melted... and the cheese and sauce was on THIN falling apart crust. Tasted like a wheat cracker?. This isn?t papa John?s these peopleturned this into something else. Read more

Very busy the night we got pizza but switched our order with no fuss to carry out after we noticed it was going to be over a... hour for delivery. The food was hot when we picked it up and they refunded the delivery fee before I we even got there. Read more
