Started with a long slow line. Had to then wait because out of rice. Out of almost all meats, scraping the bottom. Advertise... free guacamole on entrees but were out. Out of jalapeño?s too. I about gave up. Ordered a small/regular drink and charged for alarge. When mentioned it she said those were the only size glasses they had so they charge for it. I think that?s theirproblem, not mine. Chips we got with queso were stale. Took the last fork from the bin. Place was dirty. It was all just a hotmess. Won?t go back to that location. Read more

Whenever I come to this location and ask for the Cholula chicken, I always end up getting the regular chicken. What's the point... of having it on the menu if you can't take the time to prep the food. Also when I was waiting for verification my order wasready I was just told "Names on the side of the bag". Which Obviously if I had seen it I would've just grabbed it but I wasn'tjust going to touch it if wasn't mine. You all have go to do better with customer service. Read more

The service was extremely slow! The food had clearly been sitting out for hours and looked old and dry. There was only one girl... working and the others were in the back on break. The condiments, napkins, and lids were all empty, and instead of refilling thesweet tea, they just stuck a sweet tea catering bag on the counter. I?ve never had a bad experience at a Qdoba before. We chose this qudoba out of the other area ones because the ratings were higher here but this was the poorest kept Qdoba I've... been to. The food prep area had food strewn all over in all the cracks and crevices between the food bins, the pinto beans hadchunks of the neighboring chicken floating in it (super gross to a vegetarian and I'm guessing there's a risk of crosscontamination there.. oh I hope we don't get sick ????), both bathrooms were completely out of toilet paper, there were nonapkins and the dining room wasn't the cleanest either. I let the girls making the food know about the toilet paper being out inthe women's restroom but they seemed to shrug it off and never did go fill it while we were there. The food in our burritostasted of an entire bottle of lime and the fajita veggies were so soft they were like baby food in our mouths. The food wasn'twarm in our burritos either.. I'm sorry but this place needs some better management/staff etc or it should be shut down. I wouldnever go to this qudoba again and would steer others away for their own safety. We just received the worst service ever at Qdoba in Clarksville. If there was a way to leave 0 stars, I would have. It took... awhile to be served, but once we were finally served, we started looking for a clean table, to which they were none. No tea, sowe asked for tea and was told no they weren't making anymore. The employee was very rude. We also seen two employees that werewearing gloves take their cell phones out, start texting and once back at their station they didn't change their gloves. Therestaurant over all wasn't clean. Heath department issues at this restaurant. We will not be back after this. We use to enjoyeating at Qdoba but that has certainly changed. Read more

The food was cold and the girls were overwhelmed with customers. A manager was in the back just looking out at the dining room.... I ordered a protein bowl and it was horrible. The chips tasted like they were made with rancid oil. I hate leaving bad reviewsbut this was just beyond bad. Read more

One of dirtiest restaurants I?ve ever been in. Absolutely disgusting!! Food was surprisingly decent.
