Wow! The quality is back, at least. Everthing has doubled in price. But, I have to give the new owners and staff their props.... Excellent food fast (like it?s supposed be). Steak and shake used to be a good experience. Now it's awful. Used to be hard to find a seat. Now it seems they are pretty... much devoid of customers. Instead of a waiter or waitress, you tap what you want into a kiosk. Then, no matter what you tap,you get whatever they decide to give you. We had two lousy burgers with the wrong toppings (and the right ones) and cold fries.The kiosk wouldn't accept my wife's gift card. To go from being one of the best to this.
