Service was slower than a geriatric snail. Once I received the order, it was not correct, AND frosty was melted, fries cold.... Above that... The store was a pitiful, filthy, mess. (And this isn't even going into the employee leaning against the fry area,obviously having difficulty pulling a hair tie out of her knotted hair. This is the only Wendy's I've been to recently that's had salads. I got an Apple cranberry salad and it was excellent. Also got... a coffee frosty thing that was really good. And they special made my Coke zero to have some lime in it. I also purchased threecoupon books for $3 and got 15 free frosties for my trick or treaters. Good deals. Read more
Was my face place to eat. Food always good and fresh. They used to be fast. Now it is very slow. It's common for a long line of... cars at drive through because the dining room is closed for some reason. All their competitors dining rooms are open. I believethey are Short staffed. Whatever the reason, the drive through is about 40-45 minutes long. They do one order at a time it's apoorly run place now and that reflects management. The employees are helpful and good workers.i believe management needs to bechanged at this location. I gave one star because even the food is suffering. It's not as good as it used to be and they have nobacon or coke or pepsi...I waited 45 minutes for a triple and a dr pepper...sonetinrs, you cant go here for food if you are onbreak because rge line goes out to the main street this can be fixed by opening the dining room.but they wont. I go to BurgerKing now. The food is better and dining room is open.. Read more
Just sat in the Wendy's drive thru for 30 minutes. Get to the order menu and a Wendy's employee is standing there and tells me... they are closing. I told him I had been sitting in their line for 30 minutes and he said there wasn't anything he could doabout it. I asked why he could just take the order and he said they were out of almost everything. I asked to speak to themanager and he said she wasn't there. Poor customer service. Read more
