Overall - I think food on the outside is beautiful but the flavor and texture is ok but it was questionable due to stale / hard... to chew rice, chewy mochicko chicken and spam. Like you can tell that they been either sitting overnight or left out to dry.While it was beautiful to look at I honestly didn?t enjoy how the chicken was $15 per box which is so pricey / not worth itcompared to the ok quality of food I got. Oh, I forgot how delicious poke bowls are! For the price of $13 for a regular bowl, you get so much food. I tried the 1/2 rice... 1/2 lettuce and wasn't disappointed. A truly awesome experience at Blowfish! The two folks working there were incredibly kind, patient, and quick! They gave me a lot... of food for the "Regular" size option and the taste was perfection. I highly recommend this place for fresh food with greatservice. I'm definitely going back and bringing my friends to experience the delicious eats and peaceful atmosphere.
