This McDonald?s has gotten much better the past 5 months. Everything is more organized and food prepped faster. Cleanliness is... also much better. A manager there I believe her name is Alejandra is such a wonderful employee. So helpful and kind. My kidsenjoy going there for the little play area inside after they are done eating. Read more
the people here don?t know how to do their jobs. ordered three things and they only gave a drink. took 15 mins to make two fries
Walked in to be served and got ignored. No one but me is in the store at this time. I stood at the register while the employees... were having a conversation and continued to be ignored. I pulled my phone out to record. I had to loudly ask is anyoneworking!?? And that?s when an employee come over. I?m noting this behavior a lot at McDonald?s. I have multiple recordings ofme standing for long periods of time waiting to be served. Read more
Shout out to the AWESOME lady working the counter Sunday AM 8/28 (I wish I got her name)! Went is for some Pokémon cards with... my son, she was so nice! She even went in the back to get all the options for him to select which one he wanted...without measking her to! That made him feel special, & made his day! I appreciate you! Read more
Well I gotta tell ya this McDonald's sure has improved! They aren't running out of Strawberry mix anymore. They aren't getting... my order incorrect anymore.
