Traveling from out of town and did not prepare for the low temperature here, in Maryland. I needed a drink that would warm me up... and Emma recommended my first London Fog! Aside from the great customer service, this Starbucks is well-maintained with a modernboho aesthetic decor that has views of beautiful farmland beyond the windows. While I was waiting for my coffee to be served I was watching the crew make coffee... and was amazed on how they made it. No... measurements just randomly mixing ingredients. For instance one customer ordered ice coffee with almond milk the person justpoured almond milk from the carton threw in some ice all that without any measurement. Maybe the staff was a PRO????!!! Inanother order the customer might have ordered coffee without whip cream but the unattentive staff made the coffee with whipcream and when the customer returned it saying he did not want whip cream the staff instead of making a new one just removed thewhip cream from the top and added some ice cubes and served the same drink back out ????????. This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited. I always use the drive thru/kids in car and everytime I order... something it comes out wrong and I need to have them remake it. The sweet cream cold brew I recently ordered tasted like waterand over half the cup was foam. I feel like I just waste my $ going to this location. Very disappointing. Read more
The place is one of the nicer stores I've visited. Beautiful spacing between tables, clean and highly proficient staff. Great... place to grab a quick coffee or hunker down for some work. Cheers. Read more
