My FAVORITE place to get empanadas! Whether you want to eat in or do pick-up/delivery, they do not disappoint! The empanadas... have the perfect crispiness that you can hear with every bite, a crisp level that stays even when I've ordered them throughdelivery on DoorDash, so no sogginess here! They have a great variety of flavors, but the chicken ones are my favorite. Theempanadas have a good amount of filling, and I usually get full with just 2. The salsa is also a must as it's great in flavor!Ever since I first tried Tasty Empanadas, I have basically become a weekly regular! If you are ever nearby and have a chance totry Tasty Empanadas, I highly recommend you do it! Read more

Had an Apple empanada for a lunchtime dessert. Totally enjoyed. Came with some nice caramel sauce. Put a smile in my face.

I love Tasty Empanadas! They have great vegetarian and vegan options- the black bean empanada is my favorite! I love that I can... go in and get a warm, fresh empanada in no time. I brought a friend with me for lunch yesterday and she tried Tasty Empanadasfor the first time and loved it. The owner, Lourdes, is very sweet too! I'm definitely going back! Read more

Tasty Empanadas is located inside of the common kitchen.. $5 per empanada and $3.25 for cheesy bread. Chicken empanada had great... crust and salsa but chicken was on the dry side. Not as tasty as the ones made by a Mom who is from Paraguay. Read more

Got a mushroom and a spinach empanada for our first visit here, they were so great! The mushroom is all vegan with no cheese,... but well seasoned and nicely stuffed. Didn?t get a picture, but they were cutely packaged and very tasty too. They were helpfulwith allergy ingredients and I was so happy to be able to safely eat there. Slightly pricey at $5/each, but they have a $14/3deal. Wish they had a buy 4 combo deal to get 2 each with a friend, that would be nice ?? Read more

My father is from Paraguay, and I was so excited to find out that there was a new Paraguayan restaurant in Maryland! I've... actually been searching for years for a local spot, but only ever found restaurants in New York. We finally got to visit today, and everything was AMAZING! We tried the chicken, beef, and cheese empanadas, which were all delicious. We are definitelygoing back this weekend to get the Paraguayan beef empanadas (which has boiled eggs and is my personal favorite). The ChipaGuazu was the best part. My grandmother used to make Sopa Paraguaya, which is a very similar dish. The Chipa Guaza was soflavorful and fluffy, and brought back so many good memories. It can be eaten cold, but I definitely recommend warming it up. Lastly, the salsa was so good you could eat it by itself. My husband is Puerto Rican, and thought it was a cross between salsaand soffrito. It has a sweet tang that takes it to the next level! Read more
