Excellent, well-managed, well-run Applebees. Extremely busy, and with good reason. The food was excellent, the atmosphere is... reasonable considering how busy it is. Texting when your table is ready is a helpful thing. The entrance could be expanded forthe amount of traffic that happens there, but it might be a good thing for how the restaurant functions, as well as limiting theenvironment to a calmer yet enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, was a much better Applebee's Experience than in the past. The 2 for24 (2 entrees and appetizer) is excellent, as well as half price appetizers 3-6pm and 9-close everyday is awesome. I was seated and the restaurant had maybe 10 people in it and it took them more than 15 minutes to check on us. The skillet my... dessert was on was so hot it burned the bottom of it. I ordered 3 things and they brought me a 4th that I didn't order they tookit back and off my ticket. I was excited to see an Applebee's as I haven't been to one in years! They are all over out west but a rare find in TN. The wait... time wasn't too long to get seated, but the wait for our food was extremely long. We weren't given silverware or napkins whenseated so had nothing to eat with when food did come. We were a party of 4 and 2 of our entrees were served while we had to waitanother 5-10 min for the other 2 entrees to even come out. The waitress was ok but had no urgency to her work. The food wasbland and definitely not what I remembered from previous Applebee's experiences. Wish google had less than one star to rate this place. On MULTIPLE occasions this restaurant has proved to me that no such... establishment can beat a home cooked meal. Their last straw was an almost $100 order placed online with specific instructionsthat they messed up in every aspect and ruined a family dinner. Thank you Applebees, for nothing. Read more

If I could leave a 0 I would.. after being seated by a hostess who was talking on her personal cell phone, we were taken to a... table to wait another 12 minutes to receive any type of acknowledgment from a waitress. There were 2 other tables here. Thetable behind us were complaining as their steak was raw.. after this we took extra caution. And low and behold, our chickenwings were also raw. Our waitress never returned to check on us, until it was time to bring us our check. After we spoke withmanager about the issue, our waitress aggressively grabbed the old check and put it in her pocket as if we did something wrong.DO NOT EAT HERE. Read more

We were the first ones in the door when Applebee's opened today. Literally, the first ones. Why was our table nasty?? There were... crumbs and dried ketchup smeared on the table. Not a deal breaker, but that should have been cleaned last night, or at leastthis morning before opening. The service was good and the food was good, so that's why I still give it 4 stars. Read more
