Walked in and there were no other customers waiting to be served and was told it would be a minute. Then went to order and the... manager was upset by asking for a family bundle and said it would be awhile to make the food, again no one else at the facility!Then was talked down to by simply asking for cheese on the burgers. After my wife said nevermind, we are leaving, anotheremployee speaks up saying, did she just really say that. Then the wife turns around and gives them an education. They have upped their game big time!!! Last 2 times food has been fresh and tasty. I would even say delicious!???? I was asked... to wait and order taken, asked if anything else was needed. This specific location is the worst in Clarksville. One lady took over ten minutes to fill an order already made. I deliver so I... actually try to avoid the area all together. The slowest fast food restaurant in town over and over. I haven't been there oncewhen something didn't take excruciatingly slow. During a rush order they messed up on, the cook the cook decided to talk to thecashier about his weekend he just stopped mid working and talked to the cashier for 5 minutes. There is a lady there that eatsher food and leaves it on the counter which is disgusting. And she moves like molasses. I just can't emphasize how often I havebeen here and everytime it's just a fiasco. If I wasn't forced I would never go there again. Read more
This place is horrible with extremely rude customer service.. they?re very short staffed due to horrible management skills. The... manager seems as if she doesn?t wanna work there. If this place had better managers with good communication skills they wouldget more business. I ordered through delivery and when we got out food my boyfriends sandwich had white mold on the bread. We took it up to the... Burger King with the receipt asking for a refund just for the one sandwich bc he did not want anything there from them at allnow after seeing that. As I spoke to the manager she proceeded to show me a log of bread with black spots and started to explainI quickly stopped her politely and informed her so, ma?am no this bread has white mold, here you can see, and I handed her thesandwich, which she then proceeded to tell me it?s not mold and that their bread is taken out freshly every day and that I couldnot get a refund but only a replacement. This place is disgusting, tables were dirty, floors were dirty, drink machine didn't work, service was horrible. The standards... of management and employees are very low. One of the line cooks came in from break and didn't wash his hands.
