Stopped for a quick burger, wrong. Took 15 minutes, customers behind me were getting their meals first. Had to ask 3 times... where my food was, the guy making the sandwiches didn't get my order. The girls working the counter could care less. That wasthe first time I've stopped at burger King for anything other then a drink in probably a year and decided today I won't eattheir again. Poor service, poor attitude, expensive food. Burger King got the last money they'll ever get from me today, I hopethey choke on it. Read more
Not everyone likes jokes I guess, even though we both cracked jokes. I love how everyone thought there's was an issue tho it... wasn't. However I encouraged them to call the authorities if felt. Anyway the manager got offended when I said her and anotherfemale employee could be sisters. Oh well, she was mad already and gave me the fans to the face type thing ???? I found ithilarious. So obviously she said her peace which with her tone she had attitude to match. I said my bad , I didn't meananything negative by that. But I did say as long as my food str8 idc. I do commend her employee for having her back If things"escalated". However I did inform him he didn't have to stand behind me. Yet he stayed and I can't blame him, look how crazythe world in. I had someone looking out for me as well. I give a 3 out of 5 bcuz. The manager attitude even after meapologizing she still had something to say, the restroom had a lotion bottle of urine on it. And my chicken fries are old andgross. All other food was delicious, the employee standing behind seems to really care. And we had a great conversationafterwards. Read more
This is the second time visiting this particular Burger King. The first time we left because after 15 mins no one was at the... register to take our order. This time, we did get food. Cold burgers. Unsalted, cold fries. Warm, no ice, flat, watered downcokes. Needless to say, this was our last time here. Avoid at all costs! Read more
Last time I visited this restaurant there was no one there at the opening hours of 6am. Today, is the first time I went back and... was hoping to get some great service and I am happy to report-- It was open and I received pleasant customer service fromordering, to arriving at the 2nd window to pay and receive HOT Fresh Food!!! Bad, bad, bad, all around. Bad food, bad help and bad money thrown after good. Chicken fries were cold. Friend's cheeseburger... had a few slices of old looking bacon thrown on and that was it. Manager dragging around like "could care less" was alreadywritten on her "uniform". Most employees, including "manager" wore extremely slouchy and sometimes non matching uniforms. Iwon't be back. Worst Burger King ever. Food was cold. Onion rings were greasy. Took forever to get my cold food. Woman in drive thru window has... no business in a job where customer service is involved. Rude! Texted District Manager as sign said-heard nothing back!! Avoidthis one at all cost! Read more

Every time we've ever went..an its only bc its convenient for our kids..they mess the order up. It's simply..no ketchup an no... tomato. Never fails..there's 1 or the other if not both on the burger!! Read more
