Stopped in on Sunday August 07,2022 5 to 5:30ish pm with my Family(children included). Was not greeted and had to ask to be... served. It seems that they were angry because we were dining in. Was met with nothing but complete rudeness and disrespect. Theyoung lady that was most disrespectfull turns out to be the one in charge at the time. After a lengthy exchange of words weleft. I cant believe that a young lady, so disrespectful and unprofessional could be in charge at Burger King or Burgeranything! As we were exiting she sarcastically told us to have a nice day. She had no respect for customers, children, adultsor any of my family. I've worked customer service for many of my 64 years of life and I know we can all have bad days. This wasblatant disrespect and rudeness, not to mention unprofessional! Come on Burger King!!! We must do better!???? Read more
If dinning room is closed during normal business hours there should be a sign on the door big enough people can read before... getting everybody out of the car I was there this morning got out went to the door it was locked no sign I started to take mybusiness elsewhere when I told the person at the drive-through they should put a sign up he's at work we're waiting for morepeople to show up and pretty much blew it off. This was really kind of a typical fast food visit. However, we dined in and our food was cooked fresh since it was well after... the dinner rush. The fries were crispy and hot and my burger was really good. My husband ordered his with mayonnaise, cheese"crispy onions, and pickles only, but they put everything on it. He ate it. He just picked stuff off. It wasn't ideal. So, theyget 4 stars because the food was good but they did mess up part of the order. Read more

This place isn?t really my favorite fast food restaurant, the food tasted SPOT ON! I ordered Fried and a coke, they got it... right. The things I don?t like tho is that the ice machine in the fountain drink thing wasn?t working so they just had tomanually get it. And the employees are kind of rude their. The lady that ringed us up was barking orders. (I don?t know if shewas having a bad day or what ????) and at the fork and sauce stand they don?t even have napkins you have to go up to the frontand ask them for some. Me and my son rode to town with my friend. We rode to get some food at BurgerKing. My friend told me he had to run up the road... right quick and he was going to let us out at Burger King. I could see a family dining inside. I opened the door and a guyproceeded to tell me it was drive thru only. I looked at my son who had left jacket inside truck. I told the man the siruationand even asked if we could wait between doirs until our ride came back. He said NO DRIVE THRU ONLY. we walked to O'charleys andhad no problem waiting there. I go to Burger King at least 4 days a week. Its getting bad about you cant dine in. Very upset!! Read more
