Came by (Friday)after having mouth surgery. Ordered cup of ice cream, bag of ice, and mac'n'cheese. The red head who served us... in drive thru was rude! I looked at my order and asked if it could be filled properly. She states that my order is standard andif I need more then feel free to get back in line and order more. Then tells the other person we have our order and should keepmoving through the line. I'm still trying to figure out what was funny?! My cup was not full and looked as if someone bit it andthe mac was shameful, like it was leftover from an unfinished meal. Wish I knew how to put up the pictures. I do have picturesto show! Businesses seem to still not get it, having all young people run it maybe ideal for the future, but not when servicesuffers. This may have been an acceptable attitude when Covid was around, but not now! Businesses and their workers keepforgetting it's customers who bring in the money! Price is not an issue if I want something, but the price is too high for rudeservice. What happened to the Christian side of the business?? Read more
On Saturday I did not receive my full order and I left a review. Today I was in contact with the manager/owner and I had a new... order at my house within 20 minutes. Outstanding service! Read more
Horrible experience today. Drive thru person was not in a good mood. I tried to chat and ask him how his day was going and we... got a negative response. We pulled away and thank goodness we checked because there was no dressing for the salad or ketchup. Nobig deal as mistakes happen so we drove back thru. We got to the window and the girl just stared at me. I told her we neededdressing and ketchup. She turned, grabbed it, and handed it to me...no smile, no words, nothing. I said thank you and she turnedaway ignoring me with still no words. I hollered thank you again and she turned, looking annoyed and said, "have a great day" ina sarcastic tone. This is the first time I've been to Chick-fil-A in years, it's also the last time. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, unaware that... those don't exist any more. The person taking orders in line asked, do you mean the grilled chicken wrap? When I asked if theCaesar was discontinued, he said, I guess. Fair enough it's been a while. So I asked, what's on the grilled chicken wrap ( Ihave food allergies). He replied with, "grilled chicken on a tortilla and everything else." What's everything else? "I don'tknow ma'am, I've never eaten it." ???? So I order chicken tenders and fries for my son. "Do you want three or four strips?" Iask for four, I requested no drink, but medium fries, $9.07. You pay the person walking around, but the receipt is at thewindow. My bag was pretty much tossed to me, I asked about the receipt, the reply was, "it's in the bag!" and then ignored.Thank you for giving me a reason to not come back Chick-fil-Nay. Read more
We love the spicy chicken sandwich and their nuggets are always good. The drive thru is always moving quickly with extra... employees out there in the heat taking orders. The only bad part about the drive thru is that people don't follow the signs.There is a pick up line and a drive thru line. It's not that hard if you read! Read more
Best fast food restaurant EVER. They have such kind employees and the drive thru lines are long but they always get them through... really fast. The inside dinning room service is amazing and even if you don?t order something then they will give it to you forfree! The cleanness of the restaurant was amazing and the taste of food was so good.
