Didn't even get to sit and eat. We arrived having seen in the app that there was no line for a party of 5. Myself(21), my... father, stepmother, and two younger siblings(12 year old twins). Going in to check in we were then refused seating and told itwould be a wait of 45 minutes. There was barely anyone there and we could see several open tables that could seat 6. Barely 1/4of the restaurant had clients in it. We waited ten minutes and multiple parties of 2-4 were getting seated as they walkedthrough the door. The manager came out to talk to us after we questioned this. Her story for why kept changing. One moment itwas no available seating, which we've established was false, the next it was not enough servers, which again was observablyfalse. There was a group of four servers talking by the bar doing nothing, two servers were talking while clearing a tabletogether while three servers actually worked the floor. Then she kept saying that to seat us would be a fire hazard. We asked ifwe could be sat at two tables by each other. Again the answer was no. This time she kept stuttering, not getting anything acomplete sentence or logical thought out of her mouth, and we weren't interrupting. We genuinely wanted to understand theproblem. After wasting five more minutes we decided to take our business elsewhere. Family night experience dampened but notruined. I will find a different Chili's from today onward. This place so long as that manager is there and things remain thesame is not worth the trouble. NOT a family friendly restaurant. Read more
Friendly service with smiles. They could use hotter jalapeños in the dishes. It was bland and sour ( pickled)
We haven't been to Chili's in ages!! The Menu has so many new additions, definitely not the same Ole thing you find everywhere... else. Our waitress was amazing & had worked there for 15 years. I had the explosion quesadilla salad!! It is a must try! Read more
We came in early and were the only ones seated at the restaurant. Service & food were great. One of the best places we have... dined in Clarksville. We got a nice booth and had too many delicious options to pick from the menu. I decided to to do somethingdifferent and unusual for me to add a twist to 2022. I ordered a margarita (around 10:45 AM) and a large medium rare sirloinwith asparagus & avocado. I usually skip meals and rarely order a drink so early in the day. The hubcap ordered the lunchspecial for $10.99 with potato soup & Cajun shrimp pasta. They were all delicious, and we enjoyed each bite. My steak was thick& cooked perfectly - medium rare. Chili's might be the perfect date place once every two weeks. We hardly ate that much foodand boxed the rest for takeout. The server, Alex, was quick to get us takeout boxes & bags along with a takeout drink container.I had to drink the margarita fast, since you can't take it out to go. Military discount is 10%. Friendly waitress and she was attentive. We both ordered the Sirloin from the fit menu and it was cooked just right, the... asparagus was crunchy and lightly seasoned. The portion was filling without being too much. Read more

I ordered takeout on a Saturday night here for the first time and my experience was fantastic. The lady accommodating me at the... Togo's section did an amazing job. She was very polite and gave fast service. I believe her name was Madison, if I remembercorrectly. I highly recommend this place! Read more
