This was my first time at a Chipotle. All of the outside lights were off, so at first we thought it was closed. The serving... counter was messy and some of the food looked dry. There was no one else in line, but the server slopped the toppings on withoutletting the juice drain like they were in a rush. The cashier asked if I wanted a drink, but didn't ask my husband. She totalledour order in a hurry, and put everything in a to go bag. It was only 7:30. We decided to take it home. I was not impressed. Infact, I had a hard time eating it, because of the lack of care of the workers. I have no desire to go back. Read more
Went to the chipotle near Wilma Rudolph yesterday (10-02-2022) and had a not so great experience. We are finally feeling better... enough to write this review. One of our meals was mostly sour cream and the other barely had any meat, lettuce, or cheese. Thatlast one was mainly salsa. The person that made our meals was kind of rude and scoffed at us. She then cleaned the glass rightby the food and it looked like she sprayed the food with a cleaning solution. We have been in and out of the bathroom for 15hours and still do not feel 100%. I came here cause I wanted to try this place out cause I had never even tried Chipotle before and it was SPOT ON! The Build your... own taco was amazing and the employees are super kind. They got the order wrong tho because we asked for cheese dip and theygave us shredded cheese. Read more
I paid over $19 for this meal. I've done it before and it was loaded as it should be...that's the point. This time however I... paid double the money for a regular burrito bowl. This was ordered online and delivered. Disappointed. Read more
My family loves Chipotle, but continually had problems with courtesy of staff at this location after multiple visits when moving... here. Clarksville in general has authentic southern hospitality, but this restaurant doesn't meet those expectations. After aperiod of not choosing this restaurant, we occasionally returned on a much less frequent basis (typically we go at least weekly)and only through take-out. Read more
I stopped here twice in one week on a cross country road trip, Clarksville being the halfway point where I?d sleep for the... night, and this location did NOT let me down! Even during the dinner rush the team ensured guests were greeted warmly, theydidn?t ?run out? of ingredients, and the establishment was tidy. My half steak/half chicken bowl was prepared to my liking andit tasted flavorful and fresh. Definitely what my body needed after driving 1300+ miles in one day! Food was decent, lobby was trashed... I'm hoping we just came in on the back end of a lunch rush and they had not had a chance... to clean yet. Went on 11/17. Opened 4 min late while employees were enjoying their lunch inside. They lost 2 customers who left due to late... opening. Person who opened the door just unlocked but did not open the door for an elderly lady waiting first in line. In myopinion, part of customer service to open the door and welcome your first guests in. Queso looked like it was from 2 days ago.Everyone in front of me passed on it as well as fresh queso was going to take 5 more minutes.
