Placed an order online, apparently I forgot to click deliver. Immediately called the store and they fixed it right away and... told me delivery time was around an hour and a half or more. I didn?t have a problem with that. Pizza was to my door in lessthan 40 minutes. Awesome service!! Read more

Genuinely some of the best pizza I?ve had. Delivery times are a bit long even though I live 4 minutes away from them. I also... wish the text program worked a bit better, out of the several texts I?ve received only one of the coupons has worked. But, allin all, their pizza more than makes up for the problems I have with Chris?s pizza village. Read more
EDIT: within a couple hours of the original review I received a call from Chris explaining a few things and taking... responsibility for what was apparently a fiasco of a night after launching their 'text program'. We were issued a store credit(without asking) and an apology. I can appreciate him reaching out and fixing things, I'm an advocate for local businesses andthe food there has always been high quality. We've been getting food from here for a couple years, the food is great. Deliveryhas always been a bit slow, but we make sure to order considerably ahead of time. Last Friday, it took MORE THAN 2 HOURS for thefood to be delivered, when the expected delivery was less than an hour. We live 9 minutes away. We had a 10$ off coupon thatdidn't work online and couldn't get through to anyone over the phone. I put in the notes on the order that it didn't work. Whenthe delivery driver came he just handed over the food and turned around and left. No mention of the incredible wait time oranything about the coupon. I left a review on the order afterwards and gave the business 4 days to respond before deciding topost this. We won't be returning. Read more
This place is terrible. It?s our first time ordering delivery here. They?re definitely not the best of Clarksville! False... advertisement. We said well done for the crust, not burnt and ordering online didn?t give an option of having it regular, itsaid light or well done. We are thinking it?ll be regular when it?s delivered to us. We have pics to prove it?s burnt. Re:Owner?s Response We appreciate your response and your call back, however the burnt pizza is not the only issue we have. We justdidn?t like how it tasted period. We had the chicken BBQ and cheesesteak. It wasn?t what we expected and we were disappointed.It?s not called scorching, it?s called an opinion about your business and the food, not everyone will have a positive experienceand I think you know that. My wife and I have been customers of Chris' Pizza Village in Sango since they opened but not anymore. We ordered 2 pizzas the... night before Thanksgiving. My wife opted to pick them up on her way home from her volunteer work instead of having themdelivered because it was on the way. When she got home, we discovered that one of the pizzas wasn't even close to what weordered. We figured we must have gotten someone else's pizza by mistake. We called the store and explained the situation andasked for the correct pizza to be delivered to our house. The manager flatly refused to deliver the correct pizza because mywife picked them up initially and she would have to drive back to the store and pick it up. The manager, Cindy, was rude atbest. They made the error but yet they expected us to drive back to the store to pick up the correct pizza we should havereceived the first time. Absolutely terrible customer service. My wife and I are retired senior citizens and both of us havedisabilities. We will be spending our fixed income elsewhere in the future. Read more
