We drove over an hour to have a party here & after yesterday?s experience at my daughter?s 5th birthday party? I am still highly... disappointed! I DO NOT recommend & WILL NOT be booking a party here EVER again. My host/server disappeared most of the party!Customer service was NOT good at all! Wow! Clarksville is continually growing and this business is cutting corners it shouldn?t. Child safety is one of the top... priorities promised to customers who support your establishment. Tonight, that was NOT a priority. How do you justify puttingONE employee BEHIND the ticket counter and also running the booth for both incoming and out coming families? Easily someonecould walk right past them with a child that wasn?t theirs! The cost to enjoy 30 minutes of play for a family of 4 is $75.00,super inflated pricing and you don?t ensure the most important position is filled? On a Saturday night no less? DO BETTER! Themajority of your staff is young teenage adults without training and a complete disregard for customer service. I?ve never beenbarked at so much in my life to ?move over? just trying to get my kids prizes on the way out! People everywhere! Overall I was very impressed with just how clean it was. Actively sanitizing and even the bathroom was well kept. For a place... that caters to children this was both impressive and a pleasant surprise. I intend to take the children once a month. Read more
Worst Chuck E Cheese ever! The workers were lazy and played games the whole time. The manager (I think his name was Aaron) only... cared about hosting his friends who ate for free and played games for free and the manager played right along with them. Chuck Ewas announced twice to come out, but never showed up! I guess they were to busy playing games while on the clock to actuallydress up for the kids. Read more
Staff is friendly. The arcade is mostly clean. Sometimes a game won't work every now and then and the staff needs to be notified... so that it can be fixed. I never try the food here, but there are some worthwhile restraunts near by. My kids always have agreat time here. Read more

I'm a jail nurse... I'm pretty sure the jail is quieter, the food is better, and there are less diseases. However, that is an... adult view, when this was clearly the "most funnest day ever" for my kiddos. Read more
