We decided to order domino's while staying at a hotel. Usually pizza is fast and delicious. However this was not. Delivery... person was not friendly. They forgot the dipping sauce I asked for (jalapeno dipping) sauce with my order.. Then they gave methis a cup of jalapenos. Looks like this place has a few bad reviews. Ordered online and arrived at the restaurant 25 mins after ordering and they said it wasn?t ready so they asked me to pull... around and they would bring it out to me. After waiting another 10 mins in my car I went inside to check on my pizza and itwasn?t even in the oven yet. They could not give any explanation for what happened and I ended up cancelling my order. I don't usually have trouble with my orders. They are delicious pizzas. But today for dinner my pizza had a stem and 2 other... pieces of something that had the texture of plastic. I was not pleased at all. I could have swallowed it and choked on it. Read more
I don't know what has happened to the salads here, but this is NOT acceptable! Tomatoes that are busted open, blackened, and... generally NOT suitable for human consumption! For the second time! Reposting with image.. I do not recommend this Domino's. My husband and I staying in Clarksville over night on 12/30 with our 2... younger children. They decided they wanted cheese pizza so we ordered a half supreme half cheese pizza. we got our pizzadelivered about 45 minutes later. We opened it right away and the Supreme side looked GREAT but the plain cheese side had nocheese on it only sauce. we called and whoever was working that night apologized and said he would have another pizza sent outto us but it would be about an hour. That was fine... this was at 10:30 pm... Midnight rolled around and still no pizza. so myhusband called and no one answered. we knew you guys closed at 12:30am. so he waited a little Ionger and called again. no oneanswered. we never received pizza. our kids ended up falling asleep with no meal because we were relying on the pizza. we calledthe next morning 12/31 at 10am to be told since it was the next day they technically can't refund us but would have the GM callus later that day since he would have to do the refund, since we couldn't take a free pizza since we were already traveling backhome. The GM never called us back. now today 1/1 we called around 2:00pm and was told to call back when the GM would be in at 5.we said ok and then called back around 530pm. the GM apparently didn't come in today so we'd have to try again tomorrow 1/2. Ok let me just tell how wonderful my experience here was! For one thing I've never had your sandwiches or cheese bread with... spinach inside before so I wasn't sure to expect but it was the single best thing I have ever tasted on my life! I am highlyimpressed with the taste and overall quality of the food. The sandwich was warm and toasted to perfection giving it a excellentcrunch plus it had these awesome grilled green peppers making it oh so satisfying. The bread was perfectly warm and cheesey withbutter and garlic. The spinach was a very nice touch and very good. The cookie brownies were nice, warm and so so soft and goodwith a little chewyness. This was honestly the best meal I have ever eaten in my intire life so I knew just had to write thisreview! Also everyone had masks and gloves on so I felt very safe eating here. Kudos to the staff working tonight because youhit it out of the park and make my night so so awesome !!! I ordered online here on November 12th 2022 at 8:35 PM. Within 8 minutes of ordering, my order was ready. Upon entering the... establishment to pick up my pizza, I was greeted by several very friendly staff members. The lady was able to quickly find myorder upon giving her my name and made my experience wonderful. Please come here. You will not regret it! Read more
