If I could have given this store zero stars and been able to write a review I would have. The management and customer service at... this establishment is horrendous. If you want free food, apparently all you have to do is go in and pick up food with noquestions asked. My order was taken from the counter and when the multiple employees laughing and joking behind the counter werenotified, they filled the order but incorrectly to what the order actually was.The munchkins were stale and crunchy. Whathappened to being grateful for having a job and taking pride in what you do? When I called to speak to management I was put onhold. I heard him talking to the female employee in the background asking what it was for. He left me on hold for over 5 minuteswith absolutely no indication on how long I might have to hold in order to have a conversation. I could hear employees laughingand joking around and the mass confusion on one employee tell another employee what was going on, complete chaos. My suggestionfor the owner is to enforce customer service practices, teach management how to effectively manage employees and to payattention on what is actually going on. Customer service is terrible and they are always out of menu items. Morning shift manager (don?t know her name but I would know... her if I see her) has a terrible attitude. If a customer isn?t happy with what they ordered and paid for, and politely asks forone remake, that shouldn?t be an issue. I order the exact same coffee at two other Dunkin locations in Clarksville and havenever had an issue with it until today. Every coffee I order at this location tastes bad. Horrible Horrible service! Absolutely slow as Hell, does not put orders together in order. Manager is beyond rude. When I... walked in, no customers were in store, while I wait they get so many customers their line goes out the door, and everyone whocame in after me left. Do not go here! Picture attached is the manager claiming she is the district manager and refused togive me her supervisor?s number. Read more

I don't have any stars or reviews because my wife and I stood at the counter 4at least 5mins while 4employees stood in the... corner chatting away. I thanked them 4nothing as we left. With the price of fast food going crazy you would at least providegood service. We'll be back after hell freezes and thaws again. Oops! Read more

Cost right at $20 for 2 shakes!!! Been waiting at the window for 10 min for 2 shakes!! Chocolate and Oreo aren't special shakes... so I'm unsure why they're expensive and taking so long to make. It's not that busy and I can see multiple employees working. All of that would b ok if the service of the person working the window had just a small amount of customer service in her DNA!!!ZERO smile, personality, or ability to handle public relations. Sadly I can't leave zero stars. Where to start? 2 cars in drive through. It took 30 mins of waiting and us calling the store... twice before someone answered the drive through speaker. There weren't even that many people in the store either. Ask if theyhave specific flavors of ice cream, they do. We order them. Finally leave after at least 45 mins of waiting. Two of the threeitems are massively incorrect. Go inside to try and fix it, they don't actually have the flavors they just told us they had. Askfor refund, no manager working so they can't do that. 6+ people working and it wasn't even busy. When it was finally my turn, some lady stepped in front of me and they pretended not... to notice. After being unable to figure out the register, I just left. Ice cream and coffee is great but not if it takes 45+minutes to get. Read more

Unbelievably frustrating. The worst part is that I LOVE DD! Ugh... EVERY SINGLE TIME you go to the drive through, plan on a... minimum 30-45minutes wait to get from your place in line to the window...REGARDLESS of how many cars are in line. It isabsolutely ridiculous and I don't understand why it takes so long to make ice cream and coffee related products? No joke, theother day we decided to just go in instead of waiting in the line. No exaggeration-the entire line of cars got through before wegot our order. Furthermore, parties behind were receiving their orders before us. When we asked if they had forgotten us, gofigure-they did!? I cannot say enough about how utterly frustrating this location is. In all fairness, the people are nicethere, but it is beyond disappointing-it's downright infuriating. I try really hard to like this place, but it's taking badservice to a whole new level.
