Would give zero stars if I could. The TVs aren?t functioning and staff doesn?t even know where the remotes are. How do you have... a restaurant in this area that can?t show football?!?! The only thing the staff could say is they were tired of hearing it andto leave a bad review in hopes that management fixes it because they don?t listen. Totally unacceptable. Yesterday was my first day stepping into this place. As soon as I walked in...they immediately acknowledged my presence. I... ordered a Regular meatball sub with grilled mushrooms and extra provolone.....and OMFG it was so freaking good!! My mouth isstill watering over this sandwich.. I have always loved firehouse subs in different states but our last few visits here haven't been the best. The workers had a... slight attitude and definitely didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Which I get but the experience wasn't nice. I normallytry to pass it off as a bad day but my order topped off the experience. I asked for no tomatoes and got them. I paid for bananapeppers and did not get them. The sandwhich had no sauce nor cheese. I had taken the tomatoes off prior to eating in thatphoto. Read more
This place is ALWAYS out of some food items. (Before Covid too) I can tell the owners are not keeping any type of stock at all,... there are two drink coolers in the store but never has anything in them. My sandwich was real good but didn't receive a picklebecause they didn't have any. Read more
