I have to say I'm shocked they are still open. I don't understand why the owner doesn't step up and correct the problems as this... location in Clarksville, TN is the worse of the worse.. their food made me and my husband sick for a couple of days and themanager is well let's say no pleasant at all.. we will never ever go here again and I tell everyone I know not to... Wish Icould give negative stars... The service and food was very disappointing and then the hrs say 24 hrs which is wrong as they shutit down whenever they like it when an employee is using the bathroom they will shut it down or make you wait for a long time..they run it like it was the employees they do whatever they want. This place a a whole lot of issues. The employees are extremely rude and the food is disgusting. The rack tasted like the... hottest paper in the world. The drink machine is broken. I went up and asked if I could have some straws and the rude womenresponded with ?no no no? before walking away. the one girl was always yelling at customers and she would interrupt me whileordering. I waited in line which seemed like forever, (35 mins) behind someone. I checked Google and it says open, workers were in there.... However we got no sign of them serving. The wait was so long a line began. I was so frustrated I wanted to leave and wascontemplating on driving over the bushes just to get away from this nightmare. After another lifetime finally they answer andtook a order. Then it was my turn. They were claiming to be out of so much stuff. I just didn't want to eat there anymore but Iwas stuck. I ordered a burger, paid, left. Time to eat and didn't even get what I wanted. It was the wrong thing. And I wasn'tgoing back there. I just will not go back to that location every again. Took forever to get through the drive thru, order the homestyle ranch chicken sandwich with no tomato and this was the outcome... also no bacon on it and we asked for spicy chicken and it wasn't. It's burnt and taste like trash the fries are horrible toothey need to change the oil. Ugh always a let down the management needs to get on top of this place. Read more
I can tell the difference in the revamp of this location. It is a welcoming change in all aspects of look, feel and service.... This is a welcoming upgrade for this establishment. Just months ago before the temp shutdown, it was like a game of roulettewith service and food. I still liked food options, but if you were unlucky that day you'd be ready to curse at the audacity offood that was prepared and actually given to you. Hopefully these changes remain and will help restore faith in this restaurant. Read more
