Ordered online and when I was messaged that my pizza was ready, I went to the store onky to be told it would be another 20... minutes. There were five employees and nobody wanted to acknowledge me when I walked back to the counter for a question. Idefinitely will not be returning to this location and I hope someone in seniority takes a look at this location to see how it'sbeing run. Read more
We ordered a pizza online. The tracker showed it as ready about 30 minutes later. It took us an additional 10 minutes to drive... over. When we got to the store to pickup, there was a line of people waiting. We were then told it would be an additional 20+minutes to get our pizza. According to the guy working, he was the only one on the pizza line and had 15 or more orders piledup. The cash register was left unmanned yet several employees walked past without acknowledging us standing at the counter. Wecounted 5 employees total. We even tried calling but the phone immediately gets put on hold. We were really looking forward tothe pizza but at this point it's not even worth waiting. Jet's either needs to hire more people or not allow online orders. Theemployees that are currently working here are not helpful. The guy didn't even want to give us a refund because the pizzas werealready in the oven. We will not be coming back. Read more

My boyfriend and I went here today was our first time ever eating at jets. Yes prices are a little high but we'll worth it.... When we walked in we were greeted with a very friendly welcome. The lady at the counter was very friendly and so willing tohelp us. The store seemed to very well kept and the food was AWESOME! let's just say you have won our future business! On first visit, I ordered two slices of cheese pizza and a pop for a little over five bucks. The slices were huge and tasted... amazing. Loved the sauce and crust. Left full and satisfied. This is a must visit! Read more
This was my first time ordering by text it was so easy. The flavor of the Aloha BBQ Pizza in the picture was amazingly... delicious, to die for. When I got there my pizza was ready,it actually took me longer to get there than I had planned so thepizza was sitting in the warmer so unfortunately I think that may be the cause of the tougher crust. Pizza was okay. I ordered Thin Crust BBQ Chicken Pizza, Deep Dish Pepperoni, Deep Dish Mexican, and Veggie Pizza. Kid said best... pizza was Veggie, worst was BBQ Chicken. We all agreed cheese made it taste not so good. Probably won't order again. Read more
