So, I have been out of town for about 8 years and was excited to get Jet's Pizza once again. It was a bit of a letdown. I went... in to order my Pizza to go and the employee working the counter was not the friendliest guy around. From the pictures you cansee I ordered the Jet's Bread which seemed pretty skimpy on the cheese. I really should have ordered the deep dish breadinstead. In the photo you can also see the large Pepperoni and jalapeño deep dish Pizza, which looks good, except for the factthat I ordered (and paid extra) for an 8 corner Pizza. The Pizza tasted great, but I didn't get the version I paid for, but Iguess that's my fault for not checking it before I drove home. So, the deep dish Pizza was good (but I didn't get it 8 cornersstyle), the Jet's Bread wasn't good and the employee seemed like he didn't want to be there tonight. I'm just going to chalkthis up as a bad night for everyone and not hold it against them - I'll be back to give them another try. Read more
I gotta say, the 8 corner Detroit style chicken bacon ranch was amazing. I'm going to order it today as well, and thought I'd... hop buy to read the comment section and I must say - I'm flabbergasted. I didn't expect to see bad reviews like I did. I haven'ttried any other pies from them, but I'm scared now... I'll stick with what I know is good lol. For those of you who haven'ttried Jet's yet, or those who had a bad experience, do yourself a favor and get the Detroit style chicken bacon ranch. You canthank me later. Read more
This place is nasty! They need to clean and take more pride in the sanitary conditions they are bringing people into.. I told an... employee that there were 3 drinks not functioning and he didn?t even attempt to rectify the situation and went back to taking anorder. After observing the counters, the sticky soda machine area and scum build up on the ice machine am I grossed out. Iliterally swiped the ice machine and thick black gunk came out on my finger and I showed him. He went back to taking orders andafter noticing he was not taking any action in cleaning I asked for a refund and left. From a food safety stand point I wouldnever eat here. Read more
Detroit style is always pretty good. I decided to try the new york style this time and this is apparently a large with only six... slices? Not only that the pizza was all crust and half cooked. Also it seems as though someone used the pizza as a frisbee toget it in the box. For paying 20+ dollars for this one pizza i would honestly reccomend getting 3 digiorno pizzas or evendominoes at that point. I told the employees and they did not care one bit Read more
TLDR JET?S POOR Service; BAD Pizza; This was my family?s first time trying this place. We were excited because the... advertisement looked appealing and it was a local place. I have attached the photos of what was delivered to us. I called thestore and the manager picked up the phone. I explained in detail what was delivered. I asked if I could email the pictures sothey have proof and they can improve. The manager apologized and offered a new delivery or a credit. While the manager isassisting me, some loud mouth is in the background hollering saying ?they all just want free stuff. I told you they would takethe credit. ? Meanwhile, I am explaining to the manager I believe in being fair. I don?t want the delivery person to lose theirtip because someone looked at the burnt pizza and thought the burnt atrocity was edible. I expressed they can give us a creditonly for the burnt items(please see photos). The manager said he would relay this information to the general manager who wouldbe there that Saturday. I said I would allow 48 hours and if I didn?t hear anything in return I would not continue business withthis place. I continued to express to the manager I would like them to see the pictures. Then they would understand maybe thepizzas should have never made it out the door. The pizzas should have been tossed, the restaurant should have called my family,explained what happened apologize offer to remake and deliver the pizzas or a refund. Nope not at this place. A co-worker of mine told us about this place and how good the pizza was. Our deep dish pizza was pretty good but our cheese... pizza was lackluster. I asked for 3X cheese and it seems like it was there but the pizza was lukewarm. To top it off the waslittle to know sauce on the pizza and I didn't ask for light sauce. Hopefully next time it'll be better. 7/24 My husband and idecided to try Jets pizza again and once again we are disappointed. 1. The woman I spoke with had an attitude and gave the wrongaddress to the driver even after I explained it was a 3 not a 4. Also the pizza yet again has little to no sauce evrn though Iasked for the regular amount that they use. Its really a shame that our experience was so poor and lackluster. We will ventureelsewhere. Cont: I just got off with their "assistant manager" and I have to say that I've encountered people with attitudesbefore. Ive even worked in customer service myself so I understand. But to give attitude when it's not needed and as asupervisor is ridiculous. We will absolutely not be ordering from this establishment. Do you like a variety of pizza dishes? How about deep dish style pizza? Luigi's, do you think it is the "best?" Well, think... again my good friend. Jet's Pizza is amazing, they have fresh pizza made daily for whatever your pizza needs are. InClarksville, there are not too many quality pizza places but this is one of them, besides Old Chicago. When receiving my orderover the phone, Alisha did a great job. She was pleasant, nice, respectful, and answered all my questions that I had. After Icame and picked my pizza up, Ariel took my order and I paid. I have no complaints, she was awesome and I enjoyed her positiveattitude. Maddy, was very friendly and when I asked her a few questions about the cool services the store had, she was able toanswer them with no issues. Oscar cooked some amazing, tasteful pizza. I am happy knowing that there are great cooks in the backhandling the pizza. If you are looking for a new pizza place or more so a pizza home, look no further, Jet's Pizza is the placeto be. Know all, be all, do all. I highly recommend you pick up some pizza for yourself, your friends, family or whatever suitsyour fancy. Don't miss out on this golden opportunity. Read more
