This place is terrible. They cheated my son out of his money. He order a combo with half pound of crab and shrimp and added on a... half pound of crab to it. When he got his bag he only had 2 clusters. They refused to give him his money back. The cashierthought it was funny the whole time. My son is only 14. Secondly he opens his rice and it was dry and old. I will never spend adime here…..storming crab is usually our go to only stopped here since we were close. Read more

Had multiple nice customer service experiences. The online ordering process is simple, but you might have to hunt for items.... Getting in and out can be a bit tricky. The catfish looked delicious and smelled wonderful. Their seafood options are definitelythe best choices. Their chicken tenders were flat, not crispy and had underwhelming flavor. Read more

****Update***** Last time coming here after seeing my black mussels weren't cleaned properly...to top it off ive been on the... toilet ever since.**** It's 50/50. Sometimes they hit...Sometimes its a miss. I notice the bags getting skimpy but the pricestill hefty. Gonna start having to bring the scale. Read more

For this to be such a small place it felt very awkward to walk in and have no one greet us despite there being 3 workers behind ... the counter. After standing there I decided to grab my own menu and sat down. What bothered me even more was the feeling that mydaughter and I were being rushed while we were eating. The server girl came over what seemed like every 3-5 minutes to disturbus by constantly asking if we needed anything. When she dropped off the check I thought maybe we could finally finish our foodin peace but she continued coming up to our table! Finally I'd had enough and requested to-go boxes and I left! Not as good as when they first opened. When Juicy Seafood express open its doors everyone was so nice and they offered military... discount. Today I ordered juicy special E and added a half pound of sausage and shrimp. When I got home I only had a 1/2 poundof shrimp. I counted 7. I usually get more but I guess with gas prices they shorted me. Clarksville really needs a authenticcreole seafood place. Oh! Now they don’t do military discount. Read more
