Was missing several items. Drove to store after not one answered the phone to see if either a bag was missed I could retrieve or... re order the items. Was inside the store for 15 min w no acknowledgement. Nothing at all! Several upset guests inside waitingfor food or to order. Watched several people leave to go somewhere else. Order a family 8pc, chicken wasn't even fried crispy. Chicken was soggy and full of oil, skin just fell off. Flavor wasn't even... existent. Ordered a sierra mist and recieved carbonated water. Just gross. Read more
Terrible! Went through drive thru problen with the connection ask to come in so I did. Girl took my order I paid walk over to... get drink then told there was no tenders and didn't know how long would take to cook. Ask for thighs...none cooked...this wasridiculous. Told them I wanted refund..finally got. Ask to see manager boy looked at me walked off then came back Ask if Ineeded something else I said to see manager he looked at me dumbfounded! Had to wait 30 min for them to tell us they didn?t have our order and they stood around doing nothing the whole time. There were... lots of people waiting there before us and said that their drive through was down even though everything was working. Seems likethey have re accruing problem here. Read more
This location is making improvements. Most recently they have started sealing to go bags to be tamper proof which is a nice... touch. I checked my order today and all was perfect minus the biscuit was hard as a rock and literally had a exaggerated crunchto it. The drink was watery and under portioned due to the excessive ice. This was however an improvement. I?d assume either amanager switched that lit a fire or I got a specific hard worker that valued their work. Previously before this I had 2 to goorders, the very first was atrocious which I won?t mention. The time before this was pretty close but was missing key items. Ie.wrong sides or missing sauces. Fresh, crispy chicken. The wings were spicy and crisp. Mashed potatoes and gravy delish....theres just something about their... gravy. Service was good. They were busy and we were informed we had a long wait. Ended up really only a few minutes! Worked outwell. Read more
Very busy, it took an hour and 15 minutes to get my to go order. Great food and great people work there. I loved them but only... one deep fryer working. Check them out but be patient. Thanks Read more
My visit was a few weeks ago. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and the customer service was already trash. Ordered a famous... bowl with fresh chicken. Went to the window and paid and was told to pull up and it?d be out in about 5 minutes. 20 had passedand I started to get annoyed as I was the only customer on the premises. I called the store from the parking lot to check on myorder, no one answered. 5 minutes later, I went in and about 5 employees were all standing around and playing in the kitchen.They tried to take my order as if I was a new customer and I told them I had been waiting on my food for 20+ minutes and that Ididn?t even want it anymore and to give me a refund. I asked to speak to the manager and made my complaints and the generalmanager was coming up with every excuse in the book as to why my food wasn?t done and why no one answered the phone. I thenasked for my information to be passed to the owner so I could make a formal complaint (which never happened) because the levelof service I received was SUBPAR.
