Had 7 pizzas on the hot and ready, still had to wait over 20 minutes for a door dash order. Owner stood/walked around while... eating pizza, wiping her mouth, and saying how ?unwell? she felt. Multiple customers had been waiting at this time as well, aswell as the drive thru orders. Overall just not a good experience, customer service was not up to par, and honestly? if you?renot feeling well working in the food industry - call out. That?s just gross :( Edit to add - the manager also mentioned tosomeone over the phone about how they had multiple extra made pizzas they were just throwing out to trash? I mean it's little Caesars. You just can't expect much... Lol The staff is friendly and they are normally pretty quick. They are... pushing online orders but when I tried to place a online order it would not let me check out. That obviously needs a bit moreTLC to get it to function right. Read more
Called in a order, and when we got there to pick up they said they didn't have it. Waited another 45 minutes for order. When got... home with order it was not correct. Mind you we live 30 minutes away from location. I called and they would not refund for theextra items we paid for. And oh they found the original order!!! Only would refund if we returned the whole order in tact. Nowmind you it had been over an hour since ordering, and I had hungry people here so they dug in to eat!! Ordered using the Little Caesars app, got the email to pick it up. It wasn?t ready and they lost the whole order. Cashier didn?t... know what to do. Waited another 25 min. I went to pick up my pizza and was met with excuse after excuse. The order somehow hadn?t hit there store yet nearly 35 mins... later. The pizza was stuck in the oven. The oven broke down. Their register was down. If all these were true at once goodriddance owner needs to help fix these. Otherwise start retraining people so they don?t make such excuses. Read more
This LC is great! The owner was there one day when I witnessed how alert and patient he was with his workers who were obviously... new. The wait was a little long, but he intentionally engaged with us apologizing for the inconveniences. When I eat pizza, Ieat Little Cesar's! Read more
