Everytime i come here they either mess up my order or dont answer the drive thru window for over 20 mins. Workers are on their... phones laughing and cursing instead of helping customers. They also are rude as anything when you approach them if they mess up. Read more

Ordered ahead online. Waited 20 mins to go to pick it up. Than told it will be another 30-40 mins to get my order. So I waited... 45, went back in. My order still wasn't ready for another 15 mins. The deep dish pizza was raw for some reason. They remade it for us and we got home and this one is raw too, like the dough under... the cheese is stretchy and raw. Something must be jacked up on the oven settings cause the pizza is legit raw. Read more

There were a bunch of highschool kids running around, shouting and being loud. I'm not sure there was a manager or adult at all... in the store. I couldn't even hear the girl taking my order. They were just walking around eating food. None of them seemed toknow what they were doing. The computer froze up in the middle of my order and the girl holding my card put it in her mouth.When I have bad experiences, I usually just deal with it. Extremely unprofessional. They gave my order to someone else. That person took the food back inside. The girl bringing out the... orders then proceeded to take the same order to another vehicle. She showed them the order, and when the women in that carstated that was not her order she then brought the order to me ! I stated that I did not wanr that, the girl carrying the foodsaid " Because I showed it to the other girl" I replied yes. I do not want a pizza that you have now opened amd shown to twoother peoples! Mostly I just go and pick up right away since it's ready!! I almost always order the Classic Pizza and the Deep Dish. What I... don't like very much is that they put too much sauce on the pizza and it literally tastes like sauce. On one occasion the dougharrived raw and that happens a lot when they put too much sauce on it. otherwise very friendly and the cheese is the best ofall. I have eaten more than 10 times.
