Well I'd prefer to give the place 0 stars first off. But after coming here for a while since I've moved up here in clarksville.... No issues. But today was the today. Get 3 large peps. My usual for my family. We all eat. Few hours go by my wife comes downwith stomach cramps so bad she cried. Then proceeded to spill her guts and said pizza all over the bathroom resulting in anhours worth of cleaning her and the bathroom. Mind you she has a panic disorder so she was up till 2am cause of it. Vomitingrandomly scares us all but it shouldn't be caused by food. I will personally no longer return here. It was obvious the young man taking orders was overwhelmed and frustrated. I could understand as he was upfront alone having to... do phone as well as walk-ins. The atmosphere was just standard. Food was fresh and made in timely manner. Not a bad experience,but would suggest a little more upfront support so that service goes smoother. Read more
Either understaffed, under managed or both. The customer service definitely needs an upgrade. The food is all made to order so... the wait time matches the freshness. Good and bad. I remember the hot and ready?!?! Now it's hot and wait 20 minutes. Read more
The kitchen is not clean. Long wait times. No hot n ready pizzas. The company made a mistake on our agents order. When we... contacted the merchant over the phone we were given a run around. We sent agents in the store several times and we're met withconfusion. One manager walked a way when we asked about the pizza being remade. In a second visit we were told we could wait byan employee with very long fingernails and unnetted hair. Read more
It was Saturday of the holiday weekend so I had to wait 47 minutes from ordering to getting pie. I did see about 30 pies go out... while I waited. We have not had Little Caesars for over 6 years, we wanted to try the new thin crust. The only thing I did notlike was the sauce it was rather bland. Crust was thin and crispy as promised. The pizza was good but I was given the wrong pizza. I didn't call because last time this happened they swore up and down no one... took my call and advised me I was OFFERED a free one next time I came in. I was so angry because I wrote down the person's namethat I spoke to. This was the first time back in several months! SMH! Read more
Had 2 pizzas two 2-liter, 2 crazy breads so my hands were full, I was not offered help. The food was sh*t. Then bunch of kids... ran in into the store jumped on the counter and started to kick the hell out off the siding of the counter. Read more
I should?ve known better. The pizza was ok, it did not sit well with me. The bread was pretty good. This was a last resort!
