Ordered at 12:16 pm with a quote of arrival at "55 to 65 minutes". At 1:35pm, I call to ask about my order and was told they... should be pulling up at any minute. There was no sense of "urgency" relating to my order. At 1:55pm, still no order. I callback and asked if anyone had contacted the driver and was informed they could call them if I wanted them to. (Huh?) Why isn'tthat your first thought? And to top that off, a refund takes 6 to 8 days! I enjoy Luigi's and am aware that their deliverytimes are too long. However, I understood that going in. I'm very disappointed by the lack of care concerning this and will bypass them in the future. Read more
Pizza is really good, we get it about 3-4 times a month. Only down side is they don't deliver in my area.
I would give zero stars if I could. I've ordered here several times, and this place has gotten progressively worse. Today was... the absolute worst. Straight garbage. So bad that it was disrespectful. The fact that you guys consider this a business is justvery disappointing. You would think paying $50 dollars worth of food would translate to quality food. Definitely no. The pizzawas cold. Tasted like garbage. Dry as cardboard. Delivery took 1.5 hours (was supposed to be 45 mins). Words can't express howangry I am. I hope this place goes bankrupt because of the way you guys do business. Do us a favor and just close down. Don'tdo business anymore. Save your money people. Not worth it even if it was free. Two out of three isn?t bad I guess? Two of our pizzas were pretty good and prepared correctly and then the last one (half cheese... half pepperoni) literally had no cheese on the cheese only side, maybe just a sprinkle on two of the slices but one had none atall? not sure what happened and honestly was quite shocked. We will probably try this location again but will definitely doublecheck the pizzas in store lol. Read more

Luigis is great! The crust on the pizza is traditional: airy but still substantial! They have lots of great specials on the... boards, especially for lunch time. The pizza and cheesy bread were both very fresh and tasty! I recommend the chicken baconranch pizza, it?s got lots of flavor and I really liked the ranch sauce! Read more
Fresh ingredients and fast, friendly service await you at this location. They sure know how to make a mean pie that is piping... hot and fresh from the oven. Moreover, this is a family owned and operated location, and they had some great offers the day Ivisited. I was impressed by the restaurant appearance, overall presentation and how friendly everyone in the staff is witheveryone. Although they do not give a military discount, they have always supported Fort Campbell through their participationcommunity activities and Soldier support. Keep up the good work! Read more
The toppings and the pizza together was thinner than a quarter inch and that's being considerate on a 10" cauliflower pizza.... Bought two one had no sauce and the toppings are as thin as humanly possibly. A very sad disappointment of a pizza place. WillNEVER understand how they are still in business. Read more
