I had a bland experience today. This is a pretty ugly pizza. It wasn't cut thru all the way. It just looks like the employees... don't care about service. The dough that was prepared on the racks was looking pretty crusty too. I'll stick to papa johns fromnow on. Who puts two cuts straight down the middle?? I get it we are over worked and "under paid." Good work ethic is hard tofind today. Besides the crusty crust the flavor was there and we did eat it. Kindly disappointed in my kids favorite pizzaplace. Read more

I think this is the most unprofessional business I've ever seen. When they schedule employees they have a start time with no end... time. The staff may go to work at 10 a.m. and they don't know when they are going to get off work!! As a former supervisor whohad to jump through hoops for the Illinois Department of Labor I find this repugnant! We drove almost 3 hours to be with myfuture son in law for July 4th. He volunteered to work until 4 p.m. for them. At 5 p.m. we went to get him. It was a family day,scheduled a month in advance! He was told no one could take off that day and yet numerous staff had. As a former supervisor thejob is 45% of work, how you treat your employees is 55%! My staff would do anything for me because I would do anything for them.Places like this need to go under! If you can't be honest and good to your work family you don't deserve them! Read more
Usually have amazing pizza and calzones. But this time it was all around disgusting. Dough was raw on the Texas size pizza... ordered. Ordered extra cheese, extra pep on one side and extra sausage on the other. No way did it have extra pep on it at all!Tried calling back and never got anyone to answer. Read more
This is my favorite pizza joint in town. I love that it is locally owned. The pizza and sandwiches I've ordered were always... cooked perfectly with an abundance of toppings. The pizza sauce is so delicious! Just smelling it and the cheese when I walkthrough the doors is enough to get my mouth watering. I've always had friendly, efficient service from the staff when I've goneto the store, but also from the delivery drivers. I definitely recommend Luigi's! Read more
