I am only giving 1 star because they make you do that so I can share my experience. My family and I spend about 150$ a month at... Marcos. However we will never use them again. I called for a delivery about a half hour ago at the store on Wilma Rudolph Blvd.They said that they aren't doing any deliveries tonight. This was at the Marcos on Wilma Rudolph in Clarksville, TN on November 18. My order was a meatball sub, 3 Italian sub and one... turkey and cheese. I asked the cashier did the Italian come with banana peppers and he said yes it did. I said great and paidfor my food and waited. I noticed none of the employees were wearing a uniform. People preparing food wasn't wearing hats orhair nets. One guy I kid you not had on pajama pants with a sweatshirt. Someone else had on sandals and some sweatpants. I seenthe girl that made our subs looking really confused with no hat on while she tried to put our subs in the oven exit side firstsmh. After about 30 minutes order was ready and went home to eat. Get home, instead of being cut in half it was cut 30/70. Theysandwiches were made very sloopy, 4 little pieces of onion and NO BANANA PEPPERS on any of the Italian sandwiches. I had extracheese on mine and it was kinda clumped on just 70% side smh. My sister found a strand of red hair in her sandwich (same colorhair as the girl who made the sandwiches). Starving, disgusted and angry, I called Marcos. He said "Oh sorry about that. I cantake your number and give you $10 off your next order". Feeling like he did could care less about the terrible sandwiches, Itold him, Oh really, you lucky if I ever come back to this Marcos ever again. Best pizza is Clarksville, amazing customer service. The cashier is so nice and friendly.

Love the pizza. But the last 2 times I ordered it took almost 2 hours to get here. At the 1 1/2 hour mark I called to check on... my pizza,?both times, and it hadn?t left yet on the LAST time!!! Read more

Food- 2nd best pizza in this town, but the fact that it's a "best" at all in this town, versus another sad imitation or... commercial chain / franchise is enough for 5 stars in my book.
