Once again the manager of this store has lied and not posted on an outside sign that their frappe machine is down and there is a... wave of lawsuits for damages happening because they're purposely causing customers stress and harassment by laughing at themthrough the drive-thru after having to wait 20 minutes because of their terrible service of getting customers through the line.I would pass on going to this McDonald's but I would also go to our website where there are lawsuits being handled throughMcDonald's on the false advertising of products they sell but not listing when they're not offering them to prevent you fromwasting your time money and gas through the drive-thru. The wait was long but as expected for a Saturday night. Fries tasted a little old for the size of the line that was there.... Window guys were nice. They tried to keep positive despite waiting on food to hand out. Friendly atmosphere. Read more
This place is gross. Watched a lady putting together orders redo her hair over the food. Employees were going in and out of the... dining room grabbing their own food off the line. No one wearing gloves or hair nets. Two people behind me wanting refundswaiting for 20 minutes. I just wanted my Halloween bucket?.. Restaurant was filthy. No thanks. Do better. Read more
Been coming here for a long time because is the closest restaurant. Always all the time giving the order incomplete if I don't... check it ill arrive home with incomplete order. Have to wait on the drive through more than 45 min. Never have the frappemachine working, not sales what advertising like the pies, will tell me they have what I order to then find out there out afterpaying and getting the order. The food will be cold most of the time. McDonald's representatives need to really take a look atthe low service provide at this McDonald's. If I don't ask I won't even get napkins. CLEAN THIS PLACE! WHAT THE HECK! Had to go inside because mobile ordering was closed? The young girl at the counter was friendly... and helpful! However it was gross inside. The mats were greasy. In fact, you could see trails of grease on the stairs/sidewalkleading into the door by the drive through. Trash was on tables and bins full. Tables had not been cleaned. Drink area had sodaspots everywhere. The manager was bragging about a former employee who she fired. It's a slow Sunday at 7pm. Anyway, there'smore, but it's clear no one is reading these. GM? I went to this McDonald's this past Saturday morning & it was by far the worse service I have ever experienced at any McDonald's... franchise. Not only did my food take almost 15min to get to me when it was only 8 people in the place but it was also the wrongorder. The staff was horrible & the managers seemed clueless on what to do. Other customers complained as well. I recommend thewhole staff be fired as soon as possible. Read more
